Task 1

Ask your manager for your placement’s policies and procedures and review the text to find out the key points and phrases within them. You need to read the text to identify the key points and phrases. 1. Highlight the key phrases. What is a key phrase? 2. Summarise the policies 3. Chose one key phrase and describe why you have identified it as important. Use the notes page overleaf to write down your ideas and plan your summary.
