Task 1 Design a survey that you can hand out to patients to complete while they are in the waiting room. Keep the survey simple and agree a time period for your survey to be carried out over (1 week, 2 weeks). You need to find

Plan it – think about what you need to do and how you are going to do it Record the results of your survey on a tally chart (see example). You need to understand how to use tally marks and what they represent. You need to be able to represent information in a way that makes sense to others.
