Framing Top: Buzz Hart, my blue Persian cat, sits on a stool in my room watching the action outside. He loves to watch the cars, birds, and bugs. Right: Buzz loves getting into boxes no matter the size or shape. He will investigate to see if anything is a good cat bed except a store bought cat bed.

Top Left: Molly Erickson ‘18 and Emma Brustkern ‘18 were kind enough to help me with a slow stutter speed picture. They are trying to flip their hair, but the timing was off. I liked this picture better than the real hair flip one. Top Right: Brustkern and Elaina Irving ‘18 energetically jump to help me get a picture with a fast stutter speed. The jumping was suggested by Erickson who is not in the picture, because she had to hold the door to the school so it would not lock us outside.

Both these pictures are of my necklace. It is an opal necklace. It was taken in my room with no light, but the light coming through the cracks in the shades of my window. Top: It has the highest ISO on my camera. Right: It has an ISO half the value.

Top: I was trying to get a picture with a selective focus with Brustkern in the background and Irving as the focus. Irving decided she would smile for the picture. It didn’t turn out like I wanted, but the picture is still a great picture of them. It was taken in the South band cool. Right: Erickson plays the piano in the South band room. She is playing her favorite song to play Downton Abbey.

Lines

Top: I thought a good lines picture would be on a basketball court. This is the basketball court in my backyard. It was covered with snow, and I had to wipe it way. Right: This picture was taken in my English class when my teachers instructions were to look productive. I was planning out my in-class essay when I thought the lines on the paper would be good for a lines photo.
