FRAMES

Left: This was taken late after school while I was looking for things to take pictures of. I saw the branches in the reflection and I thought, “Why not?” Right: It was Thursday night and I wanted Steak n’ Shake even though I watched Foods, Inc. in Foods. that day.

SHUTTER SPEED Left: I took this in the freezing rain at the Williow Creek Park. My fingers were so numb.

6 FEBRUARY 2016

Right: I’m really glad I was able to take this picture before they totally flew away. I like how the birds fade around the right corner.

FEBRUARY 2016 7

APERTURE Left: Taken after school on my way home. Right: A tree near the Willow Creek Park. Also really cold that day.

APERTURE

Left: A picture of a goal post in the Willow Creek Park. It was raining at the time and I found the texture and color intriguing. Right: I was so frustrated trying to take this photo because the background wouldn’t focus. I spent 5 more minutes until I just gave up. FEBRUARY 2016 11

PORTRAITURE Left: This is my shadow in one of the auditorium hallways.

Right: A picture of my older sister Sandra Amouzou “15 sitting in Steak n’ Shake Thursday night. I asked her to smile and she thought“Why is she asking me to smile?” 12 FEBRUARY 2016

LINES

Left: I’ve lived near the Willow Creek Park for 10 years and I’ve never actually noticed the lines under the shelter. Right: The shades in my living room.

18 FEBRUARY 2016

Left: The corridor near Ms. Whittakers class. I geniunely like this photo; how the lights and shadows stretch so far. Right: A window in my room. This was taken before I got ready for school. I tried to get the moon in the shot.

LIGHT

FEBRUARY 2016 19

Top Left: On my way back home before the snow completely melted. I saw the cup and thought it’d be a cool picture.

Bottom Left: Tree near West High tennis courts. All I was thinking about was, “I bet I look weird” considering I instantaneously lied on the ground to take it. 20 FEBRUARY 2016

PERSPECTIVE Right: Another photo of Pari Roby “18, looking at Samantha Young “18 complaining and fixing her eyebrows. I was perched on the ledge near the entrance of the West High auditorium. I looked up and just had to take a photo.

FEBRUARY 2016 21

FREE FORM Left: The peeling of paint on one of the temps. I really like this one because of the different colors under the paint.

22 FEBRUARY 2016

Right: A tree in the West High courtyard. If you didn’t notice, I’m really into the look of tree’s and the things that grow on them.

FEBRUARY 2016 23

Left: The rust on one of the stoppers behind the cafeteria outside. Took me a while to take this photo. Really glad on how it turned out.

24 FEBRUARY 2016
