The Wonders Of Open Seating By Luke Krchak Something as major as switching a lot of seats would cost a lot of money. The school would pay for it if they get a grant from the government. The true cost is unknown, but it would cost about $30,000 per room. Students will be able to choose where they sit, and they can change where they sit every day. Like other teachers, Mr. Pudil uses desks for his students, but next year he will get all kinds of cozy assortments. He and some other teachers will switch some of their desks for couches, chairs and standing desks.
He is lucky to be a science teacher because he has a lab room that makes it easier for kids to work on projects and labs. here will be some obstacles along the way to switch up the seating. Some of the obstacles are how everyday class will change, and how will students write without a desk in front of them. Otherwise there will most likely be improvements in grades with some students. The happier and more comfortable a student is The harder they want to work.

If every teacher at west did this, there would be a huge increase in grades across the whole school. That is not saying every student would have a grade increase that is just saying that most students who want to do well in school and go to college will get a grade increase. Open seating will not change how many slackers there are, but it will improve the grades of hard workers.
This shows it pays to be a hard worker. All classes might go to this, but it is no guarantee. It’s not cheap to perform the switch, but it is worth every penny.

Mr. Ehren, also known as the Computer Science teacher is retiring at the end of this year.

Mr. Ehren, a math teacher, and the one and only Computer Science teacher at West is retiring at the end of this year. He has been teaching for 44 years, and has been teaching for ten of those years at West, but many don’t know how he started or the trials he experienced on his journey to West High.
After teaching for 12 years his brother in-law offered him a job at State Farm which he would start at an entry level job which would make $12,000 less a year, thus he declined the job for personal reasons. He moved to Iowa City, because his brother in-law said it would be easy for him to get into the ICCSD.

Avengers Infininy War Review By Luke Krchak
Deck: The review of the best marvel movie “Avengers: Infinity War.” The movie starts right after the movie Thor Ragnarok. Loki, Thor, Hulk, and some of the crew members on the ship from Asgard fight Thanos and his “Children”. Thanos wins the fight by killing Loki and taking the tesseract. Hulk gets sent to earth by the Bifrost as a last ditch effort to warn about the threat. That is just the start. The movie does feel long at times, but I guess you could say that for every three hour movie. I liked how that used a lot of the characters; while saving some of the characters for the next movie on the side. The movie did not feel much like a war. It felt more like a combination of Marvel movies. The title works because in total it is a war between them. This movie was based on every mainstream Marvel movie; whereas the other Avengers movies were based on the last avengers movie. DESIGN BY Luke Krchak

I have watched a lot of Marvel movies. I have watched: all of the Avengers movies, all of the Captain America movies, all of the X-Men movies, and a lot of other movies that would take so much longer to write out in this article. that this movie is the best Marvel movie yet. There is a lot of great Marvel movies, but all fall a bit short to this one. The ending of the movie crushed some people. Â People they have other movies to make. I personally like the ending, it showed that their movies might not go the way you think. I Â give the movie a 10/10 because it is a superb movie.
