The Hillgrove Hotel Leisure & Spa is part of Cliste Hospitality/ iNUA Collection. Cliste Hospitality/iNua collection currently operates a number of hotels in Ireland including the fivestar Muckross Park Hotel in Killarney.

FIRE ALARM
A continuous sound alarm will indicate the necessity to evacuate the premises, please proceed to the fire Assembly Point through the nearest fire exit, DO NOT USE THE LIFTS

Please familiarise yourself with the floor plan routes which are located at the back of the door of your room, which clearly outline all emergency escapes routes from your bedroom.

A First Aid Kit is available from Reception.

INTERNAL CALLS
Room to Room Calls Dial ‘1’ followed by the room number.
INTERNET
Please follow the steps below:
1. Switch on your Wi-Fi to the device you are using.
2. Search for the Hillgrove_Free_Wifi.
3. Press the connect bottom on your device.
4. There is no password for the Wi-Fi, it will connect automatically.
IRONING
An Iron and ironing board are located in your wardrobe. If not please ring Reception and they will contact housekeeping for you.
KEY CARD
If you misplace your Key Card, please contact Reception.
LOST PROPERTY
Please contact reception for any lost item.
MAIL & MESSAGES
Outgoing mail can be left at Reception Daily. Incoming mail will be left at Reception and can be collected at any point throughout the day.

THE FITNESS CLUB
The Fitness Club caters to all needs, ages, and abilities. Our dedicated fitness team including personal trainers, are on hand to give advice if needed and the Gym is situated on the ground floor. Hotel guests have complimentary access to all fitness classes.
Please book your daily swim after check-in at 4pm and before check out 12 noon.
Please call 1059 from your room for more information on fitness classes and to book your swim slot. The Fitness club provide towels but Swim hats are compulsory for pool use.
We sell hats at the Club reception €5.00 Adult Hat, €3.00 Kids Hat- payment cash/card only.
We advise Hotel guests to leave handbags, phones, jewellery & valuables in their bedrooms.
If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition or an injury which may interfere with you exercising safely, before you use the facilities and equipment you should consult with your doctor and follow their advice.

THE BISTRO
The Bistro offers a fusion of culinary delights. The atmosphere is relaxed and intimate and the cuisine is excellent. An extensive wine list and attentive service, combines to ensure that you remember and savour your dining experience.
Sunday Lunch is served in the Bistro every Sunday from 1230hrs-1500hrs
The Bistro evening dining is seasonal so please check with reception for opening times as they are subject to change.
Mother’s Day & Easter Sunday lunch is served in the Hotel Ballroom.
For in-room dining, Tray charge is added at €7.50 per person
