Get To Know The Cliste & iNUA Hotel Collection Team
What do you do at Cliste?
I am the Group Learning & Development Manager part of the Group People & Culture department, I support hotels in different areas of learning, training and developing teams and individuals.
How does your role interact with the Keadeen Hotel Team?
Firstly, I work with the team around mandatory compliance training and secondly supporting the team on different areas of training, skills development and talent development.

What makes you happy?

In work, I really enjoy being part of a successful project or something that works out but most all, there is nothing better then playing a small part in helping somebody to grow and develop. That is real success.
Your proudest achievement to date?
My family, I am married with three wonderful daughters. All great individuals that are doing really great things and proud to be part of it.
What advice would you give to the Keadeen Hotel team?
Keep doing what you are doing. I have only met some of the team and visited on a few occasions but you as a team give such a warm welcome and offer real hospitality.

New Systems Updates
Exciting updates at Keadeen Hotel! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Alkimii on September 30th, a user-friendly platform streamlining HR and operations. Additionally, our Roster Week will now run from Monday to Sunday, starting September 30th. Procure Wizard is also now live, offering a comprehensive purchase-to-pay solution to help us with cost control. We’re also gearing up for the installation of the new Volante till system during the week of October 21st, providing a stateof-the-art point-of-sale experience. And to top it off, we’re upgrading our WiFi network before Christmas to ensure optimal connectivity for everyone.
Did you know that for any large event like a family celebration with 10+ guests or a wedding booked in any iNUA Hotel you can enjoy a 10% reduction once approved by the General Manager.
