For 50 years, ITDC has presided over its flagship, The Nusa Dua, a world-renowned tourism complex in south Bali, which over the years has remained the holiday island’s most coveted destination for its many upmarket hospitality brands.

The development of The Nusa Dua began in 1974 and it is the World Bank’s first tourism project for Indonesia, acted as the catalyst for Bali tourism while offering the world a benchmark for future destinations.

Since its establishment in 1973, through this business line, ITDC offers land leasing in tourism destinations owned and managed by ITDC named The Nusa Dua, The Mandalika, and The Golo Mori for business and commercial activities

As the owner of the destinations, ITDC’s role includes developing masterplans, building complex infrastructure with international standard, and developing attractive investment system for interested parties to elevate the destinations.

Development of The Nusa Dua, The Mandalika and The Golo Mori are indicators of ITDC’s success as one of the globally acclaimed Tourism Destination developers.

Destination Management& Operatorship

As the tourism destination needs integrated management from planning to operatorship, ITDC provides comprehensive personalized services to both private and public sectors.

The services range from master-planning, feasibility studies, business models, promoting destinations and attracting investment and funding, to Strategic Business Unit’s operations planning.

Provides supporting facilities in tourism destinations developed by ITDC, such as water treatment, solid and liquid waste treatment, gas and electricity supply, ICT, Renewable Energy, and other related supporting infrastructure. This business line is managed by ITDC’s subsidiary PT ITDC Nusantara Utilities (INU).

ITDC SUBSDIARIES

PT ITDC Nusantara Utilitas (ITDC-NU) as a subsidiary of ITDC has the main task of providing utilities in every destination, either developed by ITDC or other agencies, including water treatment, solid and liquid waste treatment, gas and electricity supply, and other supporting infrastructure.

ITDC Nusantara Properti (ITDC-NP) has been established to support one of ITDC's businesses, as an investor in productive assets in tourist areas managed by ITDC. In this case, ITDC-NP will invest in productive assets.
