Has worked for over 10 years as a Prop and agency Trader at Bnp and Merrill Lynch between Paris and London.
Back to Italy in 2002 he became Fund Manager and Head of Investments at Nuovi Investimenti Sim - Alpi Fondi SGR. From 2013 he works for Banca Patrimoni Sella, the largest family owned private bank in Italy. He is Head of Market Analysis and since 2021 he also focuses on sustainability issues. He is a member of the bank investment committee and he also seats on the board of Obsidian Capital SGR, the fast growing alternative investment manager based in Turin where he heads the sustainability committee.
He is a graduate of Bocconi University with a major in finance and exchange programs at McGill and HEC. In 1999 he graduated from Insead MBA. His passions are travelling and mountainbiking. Mr Chiorino is married and has 2 daughters.
ALESSANDRO DODARO Director of the Nuclear Department ENEA
Graduated in Nuclear Engineering at University of Rome «Sapienza», Alessandro Dodaro has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Nuclear Engineering. He has worked at ENEA since 1999 in the nuclear sector, where he is currently Director of the Nuclear Department; as director he:
• coordinates ENEA’s research and development activities in the field of fission new-generation nuclear reactors and is responsible for the collaborations that ENEA has underway with the major national and international players, both public and private, in the nuclear sector.
• holds the role of Italian Program Manager within the European Fusion Energy Program and coordinates, on the ENEA side, the activities for the realization of the Divertor Tokamak Test facility;
• manage the department activities carried out in the fields of health, environment, cultural heritage and space. Since 2015 is the operator of two of the main national research reactors.
From 2013 to 2020 he was also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nucleco S.p.A. (private company, controlled by SOGIN and participated by ENEA, for the management of medium and low level radioactive waste deriving from the medical, research and industrial sectors).

Expert in Charging Locations and the CPO Real Estate Business
Markus Weltz is a seasoned professional in the electric vehicle charging and infrastructure sector, with a proven track record of driving innovation and market expansion.
Over nine years at Tesla, Markus played a pivotal role in expanding the EV charging landscape, managing the development and operation of over 250 Supercharger locations and more than 3,000 Destination Charging sites. His work included facilitating Tesla’s expansion into new markets such as Poland, Hungary, Taiwan, and South Korea, ensuring reliable charging options for EV users in these regions.
As an authorized officer and manager for the DACH region, Markus was instrumental in overseeing the operation and strategic growth of Tesla’s charging network. Outside of his work in EV infrastructure, Markus is the founder and owner of a real estate company in Munich, where he combines his interest in property development with his operational experience.
In January 2024 he co-founded a new company «one3» that specializes in planning, constructing and operating EV charging sites, 24/7 convenience lounges and other real estate projects across Europe. With a unique blend of experience in EV charging infrastructure and real estate, one3 is a leading partner company for its clients in the real estate and Charge Point Operator (CPO) business.
