Film lovers saw a new feature film at OFF to the Drive-In Feb. 25 and 27, thanks to the Oxford Film Festival. The movie, about a Black man running from a posse in the winter of 1940 in Mississippi, is inspired by true events. Grammy-nominated Cedric Burnside from Holly Springs stars, and Oxford’s Johnny McPhail is also featured.
