Active in over 1700 universities across more than 110 countries and territories, our international growth network enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society. In partnership with business and higher education, AIESEC has over 60 years of experience in sustaining cultural experiences and shaping high-potential students into globally minded leaders. AIESEC innovative aproach gives students the oppotrunity to undersand different cultures through a global learning environment, driving change through self leagership and sustainable envolvement in society. The present finds our energies invested in the nests of the future : international youth exchange, physical and virtual learning spaces, entrepreneurship culture, sustainability and self development by a constant preoccupation of incorporating both theoretical and practical knowledge.

Cărtureşti is a concept store functioning as a bookstore as well as a cultural agent, getting activly involved in revitalizing the artistic life of Romania through social responsability campaigns. Carturesti aims to change the trend of declining book market, promote quality and value of putting customer needs first. Two leaders encouraging personal development AIESEC –
Sustaining young people to explore and develop their leadership potential, we continuously adapted our approach at the same pace as the Bucharest needs changed. If in the previous decade we brought to Romania new concepts at that time such as Career Fair and youth online platforms, the present finds our energies invested in international youth exchange, physical and virtual learning spaces, entrepreneurship culture among technical students, sustainability and career planning. We enable students the opportunity to discover new cultures, exchange experiences through informal settings, explore the surroundings into finding information and acquiring knowledge from both traditional and unconventional sources. We believe that through a global mindset and an issue based experienced we create a learning environment generating sustainable development. More then 15.000 students participated in our projects throughout the years, being trained and inspired by over 300 guests and speakers, represented by alumni, corporate representatives and personalities from different environments. More than 30 AIESEC members go through trainers preparation conference each year, holding more than 1000 h of seminars and workshops.

Leadership Talks The event is already the third edition, after last year met with success due renowned speakers (Octavian Belu, Maia Morgenstern, Steven van Groningen, Paul Nuber, Marius Ghenea, Bogdan Few, Catalin Stefanescu, Radu Moraru and Adrian Horobet, Cosmin Alexandru , Dana Denis Smith, Lucian Mandruta, Oana Pellea, Andreea Marin Banica, Petru Vaduva, Camelia Sucu , Gabriela Szabo, Razvan Lucescu . Life Portraits AIESEC Bucharest through Life Portraits event puts you face to face with stories, developments, designs that make you vibrate, you realize how you behave and live among people so that external actions and the inner substance, the moral of your gestures.

RECtangle partner
RECtangle project aims to empower 60 youth by promoting creativity as a tool that enables the growth of change agents through the use of communication environment. Creating a 3 day frame, from workshops to Coffee Talks, through which students can shape their own brand experience, stimulate their creativity and talk with key figures from the advertising market. Communication events organized by us - AIESEC University 2009 strives for more, offering its participants 3 days of workshops on 5 tracks : Human Resources, Finance, Sales and Negotiation, Communication and CSR. Main goals of AIESEC University are to offer professional developement for AIESEC members and students.
5 speeches During the first day, together we try to discover stories of leaders and key figures in advertising.
3 workshops Most of us need a trigger to access our creativity and inspiration to find new ways of expressing ourselves. The frame created is special designed to enable creativity development, making the story behind partners’ brands known. Within this learning environment the students will build upon a real campaign with the aid of specialists, practicing in teams the key learning points identified in the workshop.
2 coffee talks sessions Standing face to face within an informal environment with key figures from advertising, discovering if this is what they want to do in life. Networking gala - The event will consist of a opened networking event cocktail reuniting yought, artists, officials and journalists, facilitating new business opportunities for our partners. Our aim is to raise awareness upon brands development and impact in society.
