Invitation to Exhibit IAHC invites you to display your products and services at our Annual Conference & Expo to be held on June 1415 at HyVee Hall at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, IA. The Expo will be held on June 14th, and the 2011 Annual Conference and Expo will be the best event in its history! Who Attends? Attendees typically include Home Health Agency administrators, directors, financial managers, and clinical managers. The audience comprises the decision makers from Iowa home care agencies. This is the largest annual event of Iowa’s home care leaders. This year’s conference will once again feature three concurrent tracks. One track will focus on the traditional administrative topics, one track will focus more directly on clinical topics, and the third track will have a Medicare focus. Exhibit Hall Tear-down: Tuesday, June 14th (3:30 pm – 4:30 pm) Social Hour will be from 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm. All exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to stay for the social hour with the conference participants. This will give you the opportunity to further network with participants without being confined to your exhibit booth.

Dimensions: 10’ X 10’ booth, Piped and Draped Includes: 8’ Skirted Table, 2 Folding Chairs, and Free Wireless Internet throughout the entire events and conference center 50% discount on a single conference registration (Note: Exhibitor is responsible for submitting a completed conference registration to IAHC) Recognition in the Exhibitor Directory, circulated online and onsite. IAHC Virtual Trade Show where members and visitors will be able to access your information yearround.
Booth Placement Review the Exhibit Hall Floor Plan and indicate your top three preferred locations when reserving your booth online. IAHC will determine exhibitor space assignment once your Exhibitor Registration Form and payment are received. Once space is approved, an exhibitor can only be moved with a mutual consent of IAHC and the exhibitors involved. All displays must be set up and dismantled during the designated exhibitor set-up and teardown times only. Space not set up by the designated time may be reassigned by IAHC. Exhibits may not be larger than the 10’X10’ space allotted to each exhibitor. An exhibitor who fails to occupy contracted space is not relieved of the obligation to pay for such space at the full rental price, and IAHC shall have the right to use the space. Drive traffic to your exhibit booth by sponsoring a soda pop station. All soda pop refreshments will be available exclusively in your exhibit booth. IAHC policy offers pop only during the afternoon break. However, this is your opportunity to meet the cravings of attendees and offer soda pop during exhibit hall hours at your discretion. Frequent announcements regarding availability of soda pop at your exhibit booth location will be made throughout the day.

Annual Conference attendees are given a folder (or bag, pending sponsor) with workshop registrations, evaluations, and more. You will be able to add items like flyers and brochures to this folder. Shipping Exhibit Materials All freight will be handled by Freeman. Information on contracting with Freeman will be provided to you when your registration and payment have been received by IAHC. No exhibit hall freight will be accepted by HyVee Hall or the Iowa Events Center.
Lodging The host hotel for the 2011 Annual Conference & Expo is the Quality Inn & Suites Events Center. They are offering a special rate of $89.95 a night for conference attendees and exhibitors. This is the same rate as last year's conference. The hotel is located conveniently across the street from HyVee Hall at the Iowa Events Center.
