The exhibition Bikeology displayed in the Museum of Applied Arts in 2016 brought us the latest design innovations from more than ten countries. The exhibition pushed the boundaries of the interpretation of design as a discipline and a profession: in addition to new formal developments, visitors may have learned about concepts shaping the system, social projects, and innovative technologies. The historical context and the significance of the exhibition were highlighted by some exceptional and accentuated pieces from the collection of the Hungarian Museum of Science, Technology and Transport.
