In meinem Heimatland Namibia sind bezahlbare Wohnsiedlungen

für die unteren Einkommensgruppen unerschwinglich, selten und können nicht mit der stetigen Zunahme der Menschen in den Städten Schritt halten. Zudem ist Namibia großen sozio-politischen Problemen ausgesetzt und somit in eine schwerwiegende Wohnungsnot geraten. Der Vorschlag für diese Forschungsstudie ist eine Einführung neuer architektonischer Interventionen im Namen von erschwinglichem Wohnraum für einkommensschwache Gruppen in Namibia. Es versucht, ein besseres Modell für Menschen mit dem größten Bedarf bereitzustellen, und als Beispiel in der Hauptstadt Windhoek darzustellen. Durch die Analyse einiger Wohntypologien in Windhoek und die gegebenen bezahlbaren Wohnungsbauprogramme werden meine Entwurfsabsichten klar und widersprechen verschiedenen Punkten räumlicher Ungleichheiten. Das Design umfasst die Qualitäten eines traditionellen Gehöfts, das sich darauf konzentriert, einen komfortablen und funktionalen Lebensstil, Erschwinglichkeit in Form eines besseren Finanzmodells, Geselligkeit in Form von qualitativem Design und Nachhaltigkeit durch Nutzung einer gesunden Konstruktionsbasis für den Wohnungsbau zu bieten. Indem ich eine gerechte und räumliche Umgebung biete, möchte ich eine Architektur schaffen, die für alle zugänglich ist: JUST inclusion.

Das Ozeaneum ist ein Gebäude für die Öffentlichkeit, in dem

aktives Lernen und Belichtung unserer Weltozeanen geschaffen wird. Dies geschieht durch die Kombination von Aquarien und interaktiven Informationsstationen und Boards. Es ist nicht nur eine visuelle sondern auch lehrreiche Attraktion. Der Ozean ist unser Brot und Butter. Der Schwerpunkt liegt also bei der Aufklärung der Menschen über die schädlichen Auswirkungen der Verschmutzung in unseren Ozeanen. Das ist der erste Gedanke an das Design des Ozeaneums. Das Gebäude vermittelt seine lineare Struktur als Röhre und Basis. Die Röhre ist bestimmt durch die Ganzheit von allem, einschließlich des Lebens in den Ozeanen und an Land. Seine eingeprägten Wellen auf der Oberseite der Röhre, vermittelt die kleinen Effekte, die zu größeren führen können und umgekehrt. Das vorgeschlagene Gebäude hofft auf das Aufblühen der recht montonen Stadt Le Havre. Dies geschieht durch den Bruch der sehr linearen Vertikalität der Stadt und durch die Verwendung von gut komponierten Materialien. Seine ursprüngliche Form hebt die Phantasie in allen Arten hervor, besonders bei Kindern.

EUROCAMPUS Deutsch-Französische Schule

Erstes Semester 2016/17 Prof Johannes Kister Zagreb, Kroatien

Der Eurocampus ist eine neue Schule der Deutschen und

Französischen Schulgemeinschaft in Zagreb, Kroatien. Die Schule dient als Kindergarten und Ober- und Unterstufe für ungefähr 1000 Kindern/Schülern. Die Räume und Größen wurden vom Schulkomitee in einem Programmplan angegeben. Dies bestimmte die Funktionen der Räume, die Menge und die Größe dieser Räume. Der Semesterausflug bot Gelegenheit, die kroatische Architektur und vor allem die alten Küstenstädte kennenzulernen. Kleine Freiflächen zwischen Gebäuden informieren über gut funktionierende Lebenswelten, was sich in der Gestaltung der Schule widerspiegelt. Die Absicht der Interaktion ist ein starker konzeptioneller Treiber des Designs. Die natürliche Umgebung der Schule, die auf dem Hügel liegt, bietet Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten mit der Piste. Das Design bewirkt, dass der Berg oder ein steiler Pfad nach oben führt. Es ermöglicht interaktive Sozialisierung und Verbindungen zu allen auf allen Ebenen. Mit dieser Interaktion gibt es einen gesunden Austausch von Wissen und Information sowie ein verbindliches Miteinander. Die Gebäude sind so zusammengebaut, dass der Kindergarten unten und die Oberstufe oben ist . Es ähnelt den Stadien der Bildung in seiner besten Form, ist aber auch für die Umgebung praktisch.

ALTERSHEIM ERWEITERUNG Ein neue Pflegestation für Senioren

Das Gebäude ist eine Erweiterung des bestehenden Altersheim in Otjiwarongo, Namibia. Es dient als eine dringend benötigte “Fraile-Care & eine Step-down” -Einheit. Die Auftraggeber sind der Otjiwarongoer Altersheim Verband, aber die Finanzierung des Gebäudes erfolgt durch private Spenden aus Deutschland.

Die Frail-Care-Einheit befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und die StepDown-Einheit im 1. Stock. Wir haben versucht, das Gebäude für eine gute Orientierung auf ein sehr einfaches Layout zu beschränken, und mussten dabei auch ein bestimmtes finanzielles Budget einzuhalten. Es war wichtig, dass wir etwas Bewegung innerhalb und außerhalb des Gebäudes schaffen konnten, indem wir in jedem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss für ältere Menschen Ausfahrten integrierten. Der Fokus auf minimale Raum- und Badezimmergrößen war ebenso wichtig. Das Projekt befindet sich vorerst in der Einstiegsphase. Es ist möglich, dass es noch größere Veränderungen durchmacht. Ich musste das Projekt für den Genehmigungs- und Mengengutachter des Spenders dokumentieren. Hier sind ein paar Zeichnungen:

Bachelor Arbeit 2014 Mizan Rambhoros, Wilfried Bohm Kapstadt, Südafrika

Im Rahmen unseres Abschlussprojekts des Bachelors erhielten

wir verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Kreativwirtschaft und ihrer Funktionen zur Auswahl. Es basierte auf “Leben und Lernen in der Stadt”, was bereits einen Hinweis auf ein Mehrzweckgebäude gibt. Ich habe viel darüber recherchiert, welche Branche für die Zukunft am geeignetsten sein könnte und eine Kontextanalyse durch gemacht. Danach habe ich mich für die Bauindustrie entschieden. Ich stieß auf die Möglichkeit, minder privilegierten Menschen die Möglichkeit zu geben, sich zu engagieren und sich über nachhaltiges Bauen zu informieren. Es würde zwei Gesellschaften miteinander verbinden (die Minder privilegierten und die Profis), die einander helfen und ein “Gleichgewicht” schaffen. Der Begriff “Balance” bezieht sich auf alle Aspekte des Designs. Der selbst erfundene Kunde und die Funktion des Gebäudes wird auf der ersten Seite des Projekts unter “Der Kunde” beschrieben.

Dieses Projekt sollte eine neue innovative

Gemeinschaftsintervention in Woodstock für die bestehenden Bewohner und die “Neuankömmlinge” bieten. Dieser Bau dient als ‘arbeiten und wohnen im gleichen Haus’. Woodstock ist ein geschichtsreiches Viertel in Kapstadt und bietet eine großartige Mischung verschiedener Menschen und Kulturen. Das Gebiet steht kurz vor dem Begriff: Gentrifizierung. Alte Bewohner werden aus dem Gebiet vertrieben, was zu Fluchtängsten führt. Das Projekt dient als Lösungsfindung für das Phänomen, das Woodstock derzeit durchläuft. Wie würden man in der Lage sein, “Raum” zu schaffen und Arbeitsmöglichkeiten für die bestehenden Bewohner zu schaffen, während man ein gutes Gleichgewicht mit Neuankömmlingen hält? Wir haben die Work-Live-Prinzipien betrachtet und genutzt, die Woodstock seiner alten Tage definieren. Dabei stieß ich auf das Konzept, den “Alltag” oder besser “Quotidian” zu unterstützen und zu schaffen. Es braucht einen Platz an denen praktische Berufe der bestehenden Einwohnern ausgeübt werden können und die auch natürlicherweise unterstützt werden der ‘Neuankömmlingen’.

RUPTURE Kunst Galerie Johannesburg

PG Bison Wettbewerb 2014 Mizan Rambhoros, Wilfried Bohm Johannesburg, Südafrika

Das PG Bison-Projekt 2014 verlieh die Aufgabe, einen Teil

der Johannesburg Kunst Galerie in einen funktionalen Raum umzuwandeln, den jeder nutzen kann, und fügte dem Gebäude “Einkommensgeneratoren” hinzu. Der Teil der JAG, wie er derzeit dort steht, bedarf einer Renovierung und eines neuen ‘Flairs’. Der Joubert-Park, der ihn umgibt, wird ebenfalls nicht voll ausgeschöpft. Unsere Aufgabe war es, das gesamte Gebiet zu regenerieren / neu zu beleben und für alle zugänglich zu machen. Die Idee, ein neues “Kunstzentrum” zu gründen, führt zum Konzept des “Bruches”. Die alte Kunstgalerie repräsentiert nicht nur den kolonialistischen Stil, sie hat auch keinen Bezug zur afrikanischen oder in diesem Fall Johannesburger Atmosphäre. Der neue Teil der Galerie “bricht” subtil von seinem alten Teil ab und schafft flexible und offene Räume. Der direkte Zugang und die Nähe zum Park laden die Besucher dazu ein, einen Blick auf das Gebäude und seine Kunst zu werfen.
