About CPT test • The CPT test papers have completely objective type questions and there is also negative marking for each wrong answer. • Fundamentals of accounting, mercantile laws, general economics and quantitative aptitude are the subjects for this exam.

When is the test taken? • This exam is held twice in a year. So candidate can opt suitable exam time according to their comfort and preparation. • The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI) is the organizer of CPT Exam which is held in the month of June and December. Exam of the month December passed away ,now it is the time to wait for June.
The Eligibility Criteria for CPT

The Candidate who passed 10+2 examination from any recognized institution.

If candidate is not passed 10+2 then he/she must be registered with the ICAI.
