Logo Usage As a general rule, third parties may not use the iProperty.com Agents Advertising Awards logo. The limited circumstances under which third parties may use the logo. The logo must always be used pursuant to the specifications stated in this document. Any use that falls outside of these specifications is strictly prohibited. Do not use the logo in products, product packaging or other business services for which a formal license is required. Use the positive version on light or white backgrounds. The full-color reverse logo may be used on dark color backgrounds, as well as dark areas within photographs. A one color logo is only acceptable when media reproduction is limited. In these cases, the logo may be reversed to white on a background that provides suitable contrast. A black logo is allowed when media reproduction is black only. The following guidelines must be followed for all use of the iProperty.com Agents Advertising Awards logo. You may use only approved logo artwork:

How to properly stage the logo .5x

Minimum clear space To properly stage the logo, a minimum clearance between the logo and other elements must be maintained. The height ratio given of the logo indicates the measurement of minimum clearance between the logo and other elements on all sides of the logo. Minimum size To guarantee legibility at all times, it is essential that the logo is never reproduced smaller than the size shown. The minimum height for the logo must be at least 30% ratio of the entire artwork. When using colour with photography, the use of colour should always feel complementary to the image.

Logo Specifications What is required for the usage of the iProperty.com Agents Advertising Awards logo

. The logo may be displayed as a primary or prominent feature on any materials. Companies using the logo pursuant to these guidelines must also display in the primary and more prominent position, their own logo(s), business name, product names, or other branding.

. The logo may not be imitated or used as a design feature in any manner.

. The logo may not be used in a manner that would disparage iProperty.com Malaysia or its products or services.

. The attribution clause "tagline?" must accompany use of the logo.

. Neither the logo nor the iProperty.com Agents Advertising Awards name may be used in any other company name, product name, service name, domain name, website title, publication title, or the like.

Avoid Signature Mistakes

. iProperty.com Malaysia reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display the logo, and may request that parties using the logo to modify or delete any use of the logo that, in iProperty.com Malaysia’s sole judgment, does not comply with these guidelines or might otherwise impair iProperty.com Malaysia's rights in the logo. iProperty.com Malaysia further reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarks or other violations of applicable law.

. Winners are entitled to a 12 month complimentary usage of the iProperty.com Agents Advertising Awards logo. Any use after the period will bear a fee.

. The highly acclaimed may purchase a usage subscription of the iProperty.com Agents Advertising Awards logo at a certain fee.

. Under any circumstance should there be a misuse of the logo will be subjected to a three (3) infarction non-compliance policy over a rolling-12-month period as follows:

Introduction Welcome to the iProperty.com Agents Advertising Awards Brand Guidelines. This document describes the basic elements of our identity system—our brand—and provides usage guidelines. Adherence to these guidelines is essential in maintaining a consistent and professional public identity iProperty.com Malaysia. Our identity must be consistent across external and internal collaterals, on product packaging, in presentations and events.

Brand Specifications The iProperty.com Agents Advertising Awards 2015 marks include, but are not limited to, the name, logo, the term “iProperty.com AAA 2015” and any word, phrase, image, or other designation that identifies the source or origin. Do not modify, alter the marks or use them in a confusing way, including suggesting sponsorship or endorsement by iProperty.com Malaysia, or in a way that confuses iProperty.com Agents Advertising Awards 2015 with another brand. Use our official and unmodified Logo to represent the awards at all times.
