Description IPSF Online Inter-Regional Industry Skills Event is a competition organized by IPSF Professional Development portfolio. It is a team-based competition designed to simulate the overall product development process from the pharmaceutical industry sector. In a team of 3-5, participants are required to analyze the case given and provide solutions to the case.

Aim The aims of Inter-regional Industry Skills Event are: ● To familiarize IPSF members with Industry Skills Event and develop participants' insights and knowledge related to the pharmaceutical industry ● To improve the teamwork and problem-solving skills of participants

All participants must be active IPSF members. The competition is team-based, consisting of 3-5 members. One participant can join only one team. The competition will be using google form (for the preliminary round) and presentation video (for the final round) Please check your IPSF membership organization before submitting the form. Any wrong IPSF member organization will be disqualified. Participants who do not enter the unique code correctly will be automatically disqualified. All decisions from the committees and judges are final and can not be changed.
Competition Mechanism The competition has 2 categories : a. Beginner Level : The members who are in the first year, second year, and third year of study by August-September 2021.
b. Advanced Level : The members who are in the 4th year of pharmacy undergraduate/bachelor study or higher. Preliminary Round ● The cases will be given along with the registration, so everyone can automatically access and answer the questions after registering their team. ● Only one representative from each team will submit the answers via google form. ● The cases will be shared through google form as an open competition. ● The participants need to enter a unique code - IR-ISE2021 that has been sent to CPs to prove the IPSF membership. ● The participants are required to answer all the questions and submit the form within the submission deadline. ● Only one representative from each team will submit the answers via google form. Participants will compete within their region, and ONE TEAM per REGION will be the finalist to compete in the final round. The regional winners have to create a 10-minute maximum presentation video / recordings as creative as possible regarding the cases given. Participants have to submit the video within one week. Any team who does not submit the video on time will be disqualified.
The winner, 1st runner-up, and 2nd runner-up for beginner and advanced categories will be given certificates of achievement. All participants will be given a certificate of participation.
