Box office
Our box office is open one hour before every show for ticket collections and to book for future performances in person.
Age restrictions
Unless stated, under 14s must be accompanied by a fully paying adult (18+).
Cameras and phones
The use of any recording device is not allowed inside the auditorium during a show.
Latecomers
We’ll do our best to seat you at an appropriate time in the performance. This may be during the interval.
Show Times
Doors time shown on certain dates are the opening time of the theatre. Show times for these will be confirmed closer to the show date.
Special effects
Some shows use strobelighting or smoke effects. Details are posted in the foyer. Please remain seated For your safety, and to comply with our Entertainment Licence, please remain seated during your performance.
Food and drink
Our bars are open one hour before a performance. Card and contactless payments encouraged.
Accessibility
We aim to provide a first-class entertainment experience that can be enjoyed by as many people as possible. If there’s anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable, please let us know when booking your tickets.
• Both venues are wheelchair accessible in most areas and have accessible toilets.
• We offer a complimentary ticket for a carer/companion who is necessary for your visit.
• Tickets for wheelchair users and those requiring a companion ticket can be booked by calling the box office team on 01473 433100 (Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm, Wed 9.30am-5pm) or by contacting us online.
• Both venues have induction hearing loops. The Regent Theatre uses Sennheiser neck loop receivers. These are available from the box office on arrival along with further instructions.
• If you have a hidden disability which could make you anxious about visiting, please contact us in advance. We are more than happy to arrange a visit before the show so you can familiarise yourself with the venue.
• Blue Badge holders should visit ipswich.gov.uk/carparks for the spaces nearest to our venues.
