ED Working Group The core purpose of the position taken would be to find proactive youth with leadership potential, thus launching a new expansion and empowering its further growth and development.

General Responsibilities You will be in charge of promotion of AIESEC as an organization and its programs in potential expansions, searching for young leaders to enable them to empower their leadership potentials in their cities.
Job Description - conducting Online Promo for cities-expansions. - cooperating with media and online resources in expansions. - introducing basic knowledge of AIESEC and its programs to the expansions - showcasing AIESEC Experience through the expansions.
- Servicing AFs for RcR - empowering Selection Process (conducting interviews, choosing candidates, giving feedbacks etc.) - attending ED Working Group Meetings - making Weekly Report upon Working Proficiency

Team Leader Position in MKT/ TM (Recruitment Responsible/Interviewer) / OGX (at least 1 or 2 experiences mentioned)
