Foyer Wood, bronze, neutral tones with sleek white f loor s are used on the open space conce pt of this room. In the hallway, wood slat door s for shoes rack are constructed to match the veneer wood wall panelling. Pure white paint can be used ag ainst a darker colour as a device for dramatically diving an open plan living space. White finishes can gently connect the dots between much brighter coloured accent pieces, or b e used to create a calm and restful environment.

For living use texture, patter n and LED lighting. T his tv wall has a g rey veined white marble backdrop. Wainscoting decorates the adjacent wall. Even though both walls are white, these small additions add lots of interest. 5
T his white kitchen shares a space with the dining area and adds ve neer with geometric accents bring balance to any space. the silky smooth countertops begin making the space feel open and air y. Add a look of luxur y with bronze dining lamp.

M as t e r Be d room T he master bedroom is a soothing space, which has an open plan ensuite at tached and a small lounge area with comfortable sofa with cof fee table. To create a har monious look, the neutralcolour scheme is applied consistenly throughout the home.

Walk In Closet Clean and serene. full white units and natural lighting make an invit ing space to spend time in. Nobody wants to feel cramped up inside of a dark closet while looking for clothing, no matter how luxurious the closet might be.

Of fice area is located on the rooftop of this penthouse, but in renovate with the addition of ceiling and wall into an indoor room. However, the use of Windows is used as much as possible with half walls so, natural lighting remains the main focus of this room. Focal point in this area there is a wooden ceilling used as accents to make the room more comfortable because this of fice is on the rooftop so it is hotter than the 1st f loor. A sitting area has been created in this open conce pt of fice perched in the middle of the room.

Livi ng Room, Di ni ng, K i t c he n A rather unique, g rey color scheme was selected for this project, coupled with natural wood, brass finished accessories and war m lighting, the scene creates a breath taking contrast. in the dining room we wanted to create an open layout plan that connect the dr y kitchen, dining area and living room area. T hes e home theater ideas showcase a variety of rooms with large mov ie screens. T he color scheme is dark g ray combined with fabric padded which adds a welcome touch of war mth to the space. T he screen/ projector wall is emphasized from the rest of the room as its wall is finished with g ray fabric.
Walk I n Closet Natural color s, carefully placed lights and an org anized make this closet simply stunning. T his space was org anized around the owner’s needs including a safe to compose an intriguing ly luxurious atmosphere.

In this room the slats ador n only half of the wall, a contrast to the g rey walls. T he wood panel and side tables pull the entire composition together. T he three mir ror s add de pth to the room. While the unique pendant lights are an exquisite addition to the dignified atmosphere of the room.

Play Room T his playroom uses a bright color based on the request client. Us ing g rey color, white and blue touch give a clean impression for children to play. Custome wallpaper is used to give a fun impression of children. T here is a custome table with three stool that of fer s g rey for children drawing or doing other activ ities that require a table to play.

Ki ds Be droom T he kids’ bed is situated inside a niche that is shaped like a house, set within a bank of storage units that cover the rest of the wall. Natural light from the window will kee p them energised. Even a nar row column of storage or shelving up either side can kee p books and school supplies tidy and org anised.

T he stencilled lines of this lounge’s gold shelving hold a multitude of reads, sclupture and vases, and wall lamp enhance their enjoyment. Showcasing an abstract artwork at its centre, g ray wall panels, suede seating and woollen rug kee p more than a hint of the cosy in this room.

Neutral color s dominate the living area, with a particular ang le on g rey. T he light g ray modular sofa draws the eye toward the living area and large window. T he moder n kitchen with island is made up of wood and white, topped in pale g rey g ranite. A simple dining area with sunlight streaming in from cor ner windows is a perfect retreat at any time of day.

Maste r Bed room This master bedroom starts with shades of light grey and wood, complemented with glimmering gold accents throughout. This bedroom also has a beautiful wood panelled frame that goes up and over a reading nook by the window. A storage bench is an even better choice to maximise space.

For wardrobe use mir ror sliding door to look spacious. Some areas use material mir ror s for this room to be more spacious, such as wall panel backdrop with frames, and the use of mir ror s for the door of the wardrobe.

Dining - Kitchen In this combination kitchen and dining room, light pour s in through the large windows, giving the space an air y and open feel. T he dining table is positioned at the window, giving a feeling of al fresco dining even when indoor s. In the kitchen area, a bar of lights focus toward the cabinetr y, which also showcases under cabinet lighting. Over the dining table, the moder n chandelier can be an excellent way to mark the dining area of a compact but open space. Lobby Conce pt of this salon based on the request of the client so that the customer s feel homie but still luxurious. So, the use of wood material to give the impression of homie and gold give a luxurious impression. T he double height in this lobby was used to add a literal accent wall into the room. Next to the rece ption desk there is a product display that is designed to be unified with the wall g rey Terazzo. False walls is made to se parate lobby area and treatment area, most importantly false walls until provide privacy to the customer.
