CK Conveyors IMPACT BARS CK IMPACT BARS ARE MADE FROM UNIQUE ABRASION AND IMPACT RESISTANT 60 SHORE NATURAL RUBBER WITH A 10MM POLYETHYLENE TOP. THE RUBBER COMPOUND PROVIDES EXCELLENT CUSHIONING AND IMPACT ABSORPTION. THE 6MM OR 12MM THICK, LOW FRICTION UHMWPE TOP LAYER, PROVIDES A PROTECTIVE SURFACE PREVENTING WEAR AND DAMAGE. EASILY INSTALLED USING THE M16 BOLTS SUPPLIED, THE METAL CHANNEL RUNNING THE LENGTH OF EACH IMPACT BAR ENABLES EASY FIXING AND REMOVAL. LONG BOLTS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
These complete impact cradles not only minimise maintenance by out lasting conventional rollers but they hold the belt in position therefore significantly reducing transfer point spillage.
