Message from the MD DEAR MEMBERS We look forward to hosting our first ever practice group meeting in the beautiful city of Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity for you to directly connect with dealmakers across the world who are working with clients on cross border issues. This event will enable members to learn about what is happening in other jurisdictions and discover referrals, ideas for collaboration and ways in which the IR group can working together more closely for the benefit of all. Ticket numbers again will be limited, as we feel it important that the focus is on relationship development and giving each attendee time to speak with one another. Please therefore be sure to confirm your interest and ticket ASAP to avoid being disappointed (as all IR events have now sold out for the last 3 years). In addition, we will have an excellent social program supported by local members and there will be plenty of time to enjoy the Spanish culture, with an opening drinks reception, networking dinner and optional excursion post event. Typically such events have members from around 40 plus jurisdictions. THURSDAY The evening drinks reception will be hosted in the sumptuous Frank’s Bar within the Hotel Arts Barcelona. The reception will include drinks and canapés and offer attendees time to meet in a relaxed social setting prior to the main conference day.

During this main conference day, the attendees will hear from the IR management team, guest speakers and have plenty of time to discuss opportunities and areas for collaboration.
