RLNZ announces technical committee

As part of their strategic review announced in May 2022, Refrigerant Licence Trust Board trading as RLNZ identified establishing an independent team of subject specialists who will be able to peer review training material and courses. RLNZ announces the establishment of a Technical Committee (RLNZTC) to achieve this goal

RLNZTC consists of people who have a recognised proficiency in a specific field of interest in the HVAC&R building services industry. The technical committee’s role is to advise on training and technical education within the HVAC&R industry and ensure that the training provided by RLNZ aligns with current industry standards and practices. The creation of the RLNZ Technical Committee is a positive step towards ensuring that RLNZ’s training programmes remain valuable and effective in preparing individuals for careers in the HVAC&R building services industry. It reflects the organisation’s dedication to meeting industry needs and standards and will likely contribute to the development of a more skilled and capable workforce in the HVAC&R field.
