PROPOSED/ NEW VIEW OF LIVING AND OUTDOOR PATIO FROM YARD

The existing house set in approximately 17,775 sq. ft. The proposed sq. ft was adjusted such that to incorporate the allowable FAR and keeping the existing elements of site. The project scope included remodel of (E) nonconfirming residence to include expansion at northeast, new living, dining, master suite and en suite bathroom. Demolition not to exceed 49% of exterior walls and roofs. New sprinklers and solar panels, new doors and windows, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, Sheetrock and finishes throughout. (N) ADU and accessory storage shed to be located in vicinity ORIGINAL/ EXISTING CONDITION

Refine and redesign the building for the Redwood City Campus. The new community has a very contemporary design as dictated by the master plan, however the center itself VIEW TO THE ENTRANCE - OPTION #1 embodies the principles that permeate our 10.31.2017 projects, including a direct connection between the classrooms and play areas, a communal entry that encourages parent interactions as well as teacher support areas that allow for optimal teacher observation throughout the classrooms.

The childcare center is designed in 11,500 sq.ft. For 171 students ( infant - 2 year old preschool ) with total 262 occupants. New one story wood structure childcare facility, including tenant improvements, located in the new Standford redwood city campus.

North bay children’s center is a non profit, community supported organization that provides nurturing, developmentally- based educational program for children from age 6 through age 5 years. The building’s set up 19,824 sq.ft. has architecture has been designed to reflect ‘Spanish eclectic’ style of the historical Hamilton airfield district in novato, CA. The proposed facility serves over 120 children expanding their program slots to transitional kindergarten and after school program. The new farm and garden area will enhance their renowned nutrition program for the participating families as well as residents and other community childcare centers . Our unique strategy of the nbcc campus is the incorporation of the rain gardens throughout the site to mitigate and reuse rainwater to enhance the native palette throughout the site .

WORK LIVE GROW WELLNESS CENTER GURGAON, INDIA

Work Live Grow is a proposed wellness space, which gives the opportunity to students for health awareness and interacts with the community. This space would be supportive, a loving center for people around college (students and teachers) and neighboring context. The goal is to create a positive environment where students can take a break from their stressful schedule/ to go to a more relaxed space to study or talk to health professionals about their life. The project as secondary will also promote the idea of community interaction and creating multipurpose activity spaces and be part of health care as a whole. The proposed design concept was proposed as an adaptive reuse project for 46,000 sq. ft.

COMMUNITY KITCHEN INTERIOR DETAILS

Social interaction has always been important for students overing overnight in campus. Providing facilities where students can take time off from work and hangout with colleagues while eating/ cooking. Making campus more functional and fulfilling the needs for students in various ways is the goal of this community kitchen. Playful high bar stools and materials palette such that no one gets bred and have space to host an event for friends. An idea of kitchenette yet lounge space which is utilized to study, relax and more.

As part of the renovation, the new Bean Hall commons area features generous studying and social spaces, as well as faculty offices and classrooms to support the academic mission of the university. The sinks, toilets, and showers are in individual restroom spaces that provide convenience and privacy. All student rooms feature new floors, wall and ceiling finishes, modular furniture, and a new energy efficient heating and lighting system.

DESIGN PRINCIPLE Bean hall provides amenities to students and ways to increase the living stand for students living on campus. Different study corners varying from floor lounge to individual study rooms provides privacy gradient within the big complex. The infill space binds two complex and acts as buffer space holding common activities.

Working with a team of 10 people. I myself was given the opportunity to coordinate with consultants and work along side with principal architect managing design development phase. Creating packaging submittal and good for construction drawings for the client ‘Godrej’ Managing the phase 1 of the project to create red-line drawings, construction details, graphic presentations and 3d modeling/ renderings.
