AMALIA HOTEL
6
Interior Design Concept Recreational space group project
Amalia hotel located at the foot of Mount Parnassus, seems to float without affecting the natural landscape. In an unclear field of vision, the limits of the land and sky are lost. Based on this, we adopted floating in interior design. Areas, which stands imposingly through space and seems to defy gravity, enriched by a metal structure, characterized by the dilution - thickening game. With respect to the history of the building, we maintained at important points the Pelion slate and the exposed concrete as authentic building materials. Alongside, we combine metal and wood, incorporating our design into the natural landscape.

KATRANTZOU STORE
22
Interior Design Concept Lighting /Workspace group project
This project is about a store for clothes of the greek fashion designer Mary Katrantzou. The main idea was inspired by the work of the designer. Clothes with hyper-real digital prints, innovative fabrics, beadwork and embroidery. This led us at something minimal with bold geometry, edges, cuts and lines. In the same building, there are the offices of the brand, as also, an office of Mary Katrantzou.

This project is about a classic architecture buildin, which we desided to redisigned it into a beauty institute and a spa, too. This space, includes lots of services, such as massage rooms, a sauna, footbaths, hammam, skincare room and also a group exercises room and offices for the staff. The main idea was inspired by the Japanese Architecture with the Shoji and the Tatami. We create sliding panels, using natural materials, to seperate some spaces and to create flexible and practical rooms.

CULTURAL SPACE
Interior Design Concept Recreational space group project
The main idea of this project was the mining process of the metal in three stages (alloy, fluid, shaping in molds). Ideal for our idea, was the constitution of the building, that we dealt, from three subfragments. This process started from the highest part, passed the building and form eventually in the lower building.

The design of the first building was based on the original form of the metal, the alloys. In this space are the shop area, the administration offices, the library and the restaurant. In here the construction created from crushed sheet metal, in a form of alloy, in which were placed the shop and above the offices. The second section, is the place of the permanent and temporary exhibition and the foyer, too. Here is illustrated the stage of liquidity. The conception of the flux reflect reflected by the sheet metal parts, which appear to “go out of the roof. In the intermediate, they create surfaces for the exposure of the works in two levels and result in the permanent exxhibition with the same use. The third part is that when the flux, creates molds and shapes. The result of this is the creation of the ceiling of the theater.
