Irish America pays its annual tribute to the Top 100 Irish Americans showcasing excellence in their fields. This year's Irish American of the Year is Ray Kelly, Police Commissioner of New York City since 2002. Also honored in this issue are artists, entertainers, community champions, educators, explorers, medical professionals, public service workers, sporting heroes, writers, media wizards, and many more.
