ICRC has earned a reputation for program and facility excellence and has attracted participants from surrounding counties. Fees Activity and event fees in this guide are subject to change without notice, prior to registration. Weather: Many of ICRC’s activities are held in venues that make them tentative based on weather conditions. Participants are responsible for checking to see if games have been cancelled, delayed, or rescheduled. Register for Programs If you are an existing ICRC customer, you can register online at www.icrc.net for most programs and activities. New customers should call the park during business hours to establish an account before registering online. Registration is also accepted at each of the parks or by phone. Registration is confirmed upon payment. Because many classes fill up quickly, register one week before the class date so we can make class enrollment decisions. We will accept registration as long as there is space available.

ICRC ID Policy: Visitors to Crooked Creek and Seven Oaks Parks are required to present an ICRC ID with associated fees for admission to open gym, fitness and weight areas, racquetball courts, walking/ running track and other unsupervised areas. Anyone age 6 and older must have a valid ICRC ID for admission. ID cards are valid for one year.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refund requests must be received in writing no later than three days prior to the start of the program. A $5 service fee is charged. No refunds or transfers will be made once the activity has begun and certain activities, such as trips and special events, define a date after which no refunds will be made. Please check individual program requirements for guidelines. Full refunds/ credits will be given if the program is cancelled by ICRC.

Physical Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, activities are open to beginners and do not require previous experience. Average physical condition is all that is needed for most programs. Please call for information about accessibility or concerns about physical ability required for participation. Assumption of Risk: All activities, including those offered by ICRC, have inherent risks which include personal injury or property loss. Prior to participation, you will be required to sign a form which acknowledges your understanding and acceptance of these risks. Parents or guardians must sign for youth ages 17 and under. Ultimately, you are responsible for your own safety, and you may choose to withdraw from an activity at any time you feel your safety is a concern.

Afternoon Safari 2014–2015 School Year Afternoon Safari provides a safe, nurturing environment and offers a variety of opportunities for children to grow physically, socially, and academically. Our daily schedule includes an afternoon snack, recess, supervised homework time, social recreation, and physical education. Children are grouped by grades as they rotate through these program areas. Activities include arts & crafts, reading, character building exercises, guest speakers/demonstrators and organized games. Special programming opportunities include computer lab access (at select sites), inter-generational programming and lessons/classes. However, this move will provide new opportunities such as early morning drop-off (beginning at 6:30 a.m.), access to the new gymnasium and many exciting new activities! For more than 10 years, Saluda Shoals Park has offered exceptional field trip opportunities led by experienced rangers/educators that address both National and SC Education Science Standards. Students will realize the wonders of nature through hands-on activities covering life, physical and earth science through four main components: 1. a classroom or outdoor laboratory lesson 2. an interactive component including a visit to the Exhibit Hall or net dipping and specimen collecting 3. an immersion learning nature walk to a specific habitat
