Terms and conditions To receive your career awards you need to: • Qualify for a rank and confirm it for 3 consecutive months. • Before the Business Congress (February 2013) and the Business Success Convention (August 2013) you must maintain your rank or achieve a higher one. * A ticket to an Event can be used during ONLY one business year (September 1 – August 31) in which you achieved the rank. In the case where a Consultant doesn’t attend Events during the year, the ticket is not considered valid for the following year. The cost of the ticket is not refunded.
*A ticket for The System in Action Training Course can be used at the Business Congress or Business Success Convention ONLY in the business year when the rank was achieved. The ticket is not valid the following year. The cost of the ticket is not refunded.
* Seminar attendees are responsible for their own transportation and accommodations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SENIOR CONSULTANTS AND HIGHER The required number of months includes the two months needed to confirm the rank. That means that you should start the qualification earlier (for instance, the Premier Consultant qualification must be started in the 5th month at the latest, reached in the 6th month and confirmed in the 7th month). You should maintain the required volume and its 60/40% structure (your volume excluding the strongest group has to be not less then 40% of the qualification standard).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RANK 5 CONSULTANTS In order to get your first bonus, the total Organization Volume (OV) from the date of joining the Company must total 5,000 points, the month of registration included. In addition, your OV in the next-to-last month must be at least 1,500 points, and in the last month — 2,500 points. If one of your Consultant also fulfills the requirements of this program together with you, in order to get your personal bonus (the promotional products in an exclusive company designer bag), you have to meet the above-mentioned conditions with the OV of this Consultant’s group being deducted from your OV. The company designer bags with the promotional products are awarded at the International Business Sessions.
In order to receive the bonus a winner has to confirm the achieved rank every month prior to the Event where the bonus will be presented. Such Events are: the Business Success Convention, the Business Congress and the Spring and Fall International Business Sessions. Monetary bonuses (from 2 to 4) do not get added together. A bigger bonus overrides a smaller one. If you consecutively reach the ranks of Rank 5 Consecutively, then Senior Consultant, then Premier Consultant and Professional, you get a company designer product bag for having qualified as a Rank 5 Consultant, and $500 for having qualified as a Senior Consultant, another $500 for having qualified as a for Premier Consultant (minus the Senior Consultant bonus), plus $1,000 for having qualified as a Professional (minus the Premier Consultant and Senior Consultant bonuses). Thus, IN TOTAL you get $2,000 and a promotional product kit in an exclusive company designer bag worth $200 for this achievement. To have a photo published in the Company’s Annual Success Book and get Recognition at the Company`s main annual event, you need to remain qualified at the current rank for the remaining months prior to the Business Success Convention.
$ HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT STRATEGY You choose the highest yet practically achievable rank, and work purposefully to reach it. When you do this, you automatically get the bonuses for all the lower ranks. For example, you select the Premier Consultant Rank. You work purposefully to achieve this rank over 6 months, without focusing on the lower rank. When you achieve this rank, you receive Recognition as a Premier Consultant and get a monetary bonus of $1,000, which automatically includes $500 for reaching the Senior Consultant Rank and the Company’s promotional product kit in an exclusive designer bag for having qualified as a Rank 5 Consultant.

Program participants: Rank 5 Consultants, Senior Consultants and Premier Consultants.
Consultants are considered new if they have registered with the Company between September 1, 2012 and August 31, 2013. Former Privileged Clients, who changed their status to rank of active Consultant for the first time between September 1, 2012 and August 31, 2013, are also considered as new Consultants. For every active group you get an additional bonus of $20! The more active groups you have in your organization - the bigger your bonus is!
Main qualifying requirement Every month you must have at least THREE active groups composed of new Consultants.*
To qualify for the program you must have a Personal Volume (PV) of 200 points or more.
Note: Purchases (and points) from your Privileged Clients do not count towards your Personal Volume in this case, only your personal purchases.
You can join the program in any month that it’s running, provided you have three active groups formed of new Consultants.

A Consultant has decided to join the program in September 2012. The FIRST qualifying quarter in this case consists of the months September, October and November, 2012. Another Consultant has decided to join the program in October 2012. The FIRST qualifying quarter in this case consists of the months October, November and December, 2012 respectively.
What is an active group? An active group is a group of new Consultants in which at least one Consultant at any level has a PV of 100 points or more.

How is the number of active groups for a quarter calculated? All active groups for the quarter are added together and the mean is calculated. At the same time every month you must have at least three active groups.
How is the bonus calculated? To get your quarterly bonus you must have three or more active groups for the three consecutive months.
For each active group from the quarterly mean a bonus of $20 is credited.
For example: Letâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s say that by the end of the first quarter you have 3 + 7 + 5 = 15 active groups. Dividing this number by 3 (months) we get the average number of 5 active groups per month. Thus, by the end of your individual qualifying quarter you will receive a $100 bonus (5 groups x $20). So by constantly recruiting new Consultants and maintaining high activity from the new groups created starting September 2012 you can actually receive an unlimited activity bonus every quarter.
A bonus is credited in the month following each qualifying quarter.
A bonus is not paid out if: If in any of the three months of the qualifying quarter the number of active groups is less than three, a bonus is not paid out.

$10,000 for the TOP 10 winners Each half year the TOP 10 Consultants having the highest number of active groups share an additional
bonus from the Company. At the Business Congress and at the Business Success Convention the $10,000 will be shared among the TOP 10 winners according to the results of their half year results. The winners get their bonuses at the Business Congress and at the Business Success Convention. Personal participation in the Event is mandatory in order to receive a bonus.

Program Terms and Conditions
Question 1:
If in one month I add eight active groups and in the following month the number of active groups has dropped to six, will I get an activity bonus?
Answer: Yes, you’ll receive your bonus for the six active groups. Question 2:
If I have three active groups in the first quarter and in the following quarter I also have three active groups but with different Consultants, will I receive an activity bonus?
Answer:
Yes, you’ll receive your bonus. It doesn’t matter what groups are active, it’s merely important to have at least three.
Question 3: Will I receive a bonus if I activate old groups? Answer: No, the bonus will be given only for new groups created as of September 2012. Question 4: Would a group with a Privileged Client making 100 points be considered active? Answer: Only the activity of Consultants counts in this program.
Question 5: In the second month I didn’t fulfill the requirement of having at least three active groups and didn’t receive a bonus. When can I join the program again?
Answer: In any month. The main prerequisite to receive a bonus is to have 3 active groups for at least THREE CONSECUTIVE months.
Question 6:
If the number of the active groups (the mean for 3 months) isn’t an integer (for example: 3 + 8 + 5 = 16, 16 : 3 = 5,33) how is the bonus calculated?
Answer: The bonus is calculated by multiplying the mean (without rounding up) by $20 (5.33 х $20 = $106.60). Question 7:
If I am a Premier Consultant and I achieve a higher Rank within the program period, can I continue to take part in the program?
Answer:
The status is checked in the first month of the quarter. If at that time your rank was Premier Consultant or lower you can take part in the program.
Question 8: Is a group considered active only when new Consultants are registered in my first line? Answer:
No. Active Consultant can be registered at any downline level. IMPORTANT! Consultants are considered new if they were registered with the Company between September 1, 2012 and August 31, 2013.
Question 9: I have five active Consultants as per the example below. Why did I receive a bonus only for three?

Reward Trip Program Terms and Conditions
To win a reward trip a Consultant must increase his/her organization volume (OV) by 24,000 points in total for the Reward Trip Promotion period.
PROGRAM START AND DURATION
Letâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s say that by the end of August 2012 you have the rank of Senior Consultant with 5,000 points of organization volume (OV). The next Reward Trip program starts in October and runs for four months. To win a reward trip you will need to gradually increase your OV throughout all these months with a cumulative growth of at least 24,000 points.

contract number in the Company, for the second spouse to go on the trip it’s mandatory to reach a double increase in DMV.
