Do you have concerns about a child who is 3 years old or younger? While all children grow and change at their own rate, you may have concerns that your child is developing differently than other children the same age.

If you have concerns, call 1.866.693.GROW (4769). Once a referral is made to the local early learning intervention program where you reside, you will be contacted to arrange a FREE screening to determine if your child is eligible for FREE, Help Me Grow, infant and toddler intervention services.

This program is funded in part through the MN Departments of Education and Human Services.
