The building Rules and Regulations of Integrated Systems Europe Any exhibitor building a stand higher than 275 cm needs to get approval by the organization of Integrated Systems Europe. A stand design can be mailed to szwienenberg@iseurope.org, so the organization can check if the stand meets the regulations. The deadline for sending the stand design is the 3rd of December 2010. This way there is still time to adjust the design when it does not meet the regulations. 1

General Regulations

Spotlights should be pointed downwards and into the stand, never towards or across the aisles. Exhibitors using music systems, etc., must ensure that they are in possession of the correct licenses and that the volume is kept to a level that does not cause disturbance to others. Exhibitors failing to comply with warnings from show management may incur a fine or have power to their stand terminated.
