1. Introduction Welcome to the visitor manual of Integrated Systems Europe 2012. In this manual all the information regarding visiting ISE 2012 can be found. A-Z information The A-Z information is divided into 4 main sections: 1. General Information- in this section there is to be found information about floor-plans, directions to the RAI Exhibition Centre, the exhibition time table and ticket fee. 2. 1.2 Admission Pricing Online pre- registration: 30 Euros Onsite registration: 50 Euros 1.3 Registration Registration is possible on our website http://www.iseurope.org/ from the 18th of October onwards. With this invitation code the registration on our website is for free: 258288. After the registration is completed, the confirmation letter should be printed out. With the registration key amendments in the registration and sessions can be made. The visitors badges will be sent out two weeks prior to the show. In case the registration was completed, but the badge was not received, the copy of the registration email should be brought to the event and exchanged for a badge at the registration desk onsite. The visitors badges are valid for all days of the show and should be presented for re-admittance. Visitors who are unable to register in advance and do not have a ticket will be required to pay the 50 Euro entrance fee onsite. You may cancel your registration till the 31st of December. You can cancel your registration by sending the notice of cancellation by e-mail to registration@iseurope.org, or fax to +31 (0)20 240 2425 ensuring that you quote your name, address and your registration reference code.

1.4 Meeting Maker ISE 2011 was the most successful AV and systems integration event ever held in Europe. ISE 2011 attracted over 715 exhibitors and 34870 visitors. At such a big event as ISE it might be hard to get to talk to the right person and the right company. The ISE Meeting Maker seeks to make this an easy task. 1.5 Education Take CEDIA Certification at ISE – available in multiple languages 3 hour revision session held in English for all delegates. CEDIA Certification Exam available in English, Spanish and French. Study Now for Your CTS Exam at ISE There is a possibility to take a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), CTS-D or CTS-I exam, just steps away from the show floor and education classrooms.The limited exam seats, Jan. 31 – Feb. 2., are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Check for the announcement when registration opens. In the meantime, learn more about the CTS designation here.

1.7 Directions to the RAI Train: The RAI station is 300 meters from the RAI. Trains run regularly from Amsterdam Duivendrecht station, Amsterdam Amstel station and Schiphol station, which are connected to the international intercity network. Trams, Metros and Busses: Tram 4 runs every ten minutes between the Centre of the city, Amsterdam Central station, and the RAI (Europaplein stop). To get to the RAI Exhibition Centre from Amsterdam Amstel station, take Metro line 51. Metro line 51 also connects to Amsterdam Central station. The easiest way to get to the RAI from Amsterdam Sloterdijk is to take Metro line 50. Air: It takes less than 15 minutes to get from Schiphol to the RAI by car, train, taxi or bus. The Schiphol website (www.schiphol.nl) includes a summary of current flight information, transport connections to the RAI, and business facilities at the airport. Motorway: The RAI is ideally suited for visitors who come by car. It is situated alongside Amsterdam’s A10 orbital motorway and has its own underground car park with other car parks nearby offering free shuttle services.

2. Show Information 2.1 Accomodation RAI Hotel Online reservation system allows you to search for hotels by star rating and area. Additionally there is an opportunity to view a map showing the location of the hotel in relation to Amsterdam RAI and find detailed information about each hotel. For group bookings or tailor-made advice contact hotelservice@rai.nl. For more information on hotel bookings see the website: http://www.iseurope.org Click on ‘Hotel & Travel’ which is displayed on the main menu. Note: Discounted room rates at the official hotels are limited, as the demand for rooms in Amsterdam is high during ISE 2012.

2.2 Age Limit Children: Due to the business nature and congestion at ISE, children under the age of 16 are never permitted in the Amsterdam RAI during ISE installation, show days or tear down. Children 16 and older must register, pay appropriate fees and be accompanied by an adult. Children ages 16 to 18 are admitted on show days with the understanding that they are the sole responsibility of an accompanying adult. Note: ISE is a business-related trade show and not open to the general public

2.3 Cloakrooms The cloakroom is situated close to the exhibition entrances and will be open during show times.

2.7 Parking The RAI is perfectly suitable for visitors who come by car. It is situated alongside the Amsterdam’s A10 orbital motorway (exit S109) and has its own underground car park with other car parks nearby offering free shuttle services. Price for parking in the RAI garage is 15 Euro per day. During events held at the Amsterdam RAI centre, RAIParking is the primary supplier of parking facilities to both visitors and exhibitors. RAIParking has the space to accommodate around 2,300 vehicles.Â

2.8 Smoking Smoking is NOT permitted in the RAI Exhibition Centre.

2.9 Travel Service / Taxi ISE 2012 strongly advises to use TCA (Taxicentrale Amsterdam) for travelling. TCA is the main taxi partner with RAI exhibition centre. Prices: • • • • • •

2.10 Useful Information A few weeks before the event, RISE will be sent. It gives details of the show’s features and displays an education program, as well as an exhibitor list and floor plan, enabling to pinpoint who you want to see and where they are.
