Oil and fuel spill kits include peat which absorbs up to five times its own weight in oil and features strong wicking action to encapsulate fuels, oils, solvents and other hydrocarbon-based products on contact.

Oil and fuel absorbents are hydrophobic, which means they repel water and are ideal for oil and fuel spills in wet environments, including sumps, drains or in the rain.
