WEL COME! Christmas is a time of wonder, of magical stories and memorable occasions with family and friends. It is a time to celebrate tradition and to look forward to a new year filled with opportunity. With this in mind, we have carefully crafted our menus to harmonise the old with the new, to marry tradition and innovation, to blend the comfort of familiarity with the excitement of stylish modernity. It’s hard to imagine the festive season without picturing the iconic Christmas tree, and that is why we have opted to center our visual concept around a very simple element – wood. Our packages have also been named in celebration of different strains and type of tree, without which Christmas just wouldn’t be the same. As you go through our diverse menus, we hope you enjoy our chefs’ carefully crafted selections, and we look forward to welcoming you and your loved ones to the Radisson Blu Resort, St. Julian’s this Christmas! • A confirmation of an event must be advised in writing by the event organiser. A tentative booking not confirmed will be released after 7 days if no deposit is received. • Deposit - A 50% Deposit of the event will be required on confirmation of an event. • The final number of guests attending the event needs to be provided at least 24 hours beforehand; and charged according to the final number provided by client. If this is not provided the charge will be based on the last number given. • In the event that no final number is provided, the hotel reserves the right to charge the original number proposed at quote stage. • Remaining full payment to be settled on the day or as agreed. • Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 7 days before the actual day of the event. The resort reserves the right to retain any deposits for cancellations notified after the 7-day period.
