Well, time marches on and the restrictions at Del Tura appear to be lifting. That tends to break the boredom associated with being semiquarantined. Our electronic billboard is running and improved. It will be down on occasion for maintenance and upgrades. The sign is 7 years old and some of the light panels need to be replaced. So, please bear with us. We will continue to upgrade and provide community information and uplifting messages on it.

An email system is being installed and all of you with email capability will be receiving a request for your permission to send you emails on the HOA’s activities. This will be strictly voluntary; emails will remain confidential, please respond to upcoming request to participate. The existing methods of communication will remain in place for those of you who do not have email.

We are looking for volunteers who want to be webmasters of the new website we are evaluating. This is a new endeavor by the Board to upgrade and improve website communication. Our old one is dated and does not provide the options we desire—especially security.

We hope to have a regular member meeting in September if the pandemic resides. The virtual meetings are difficult to manage and limit participation of the audience. But they are better than nothing.

Finally, please follow the rules associated with the lifting of restrictions by Home Town America. The restrictions are for your own wellbeing. Anyway, enjoy your summer, and please keep a watch on your neighbors who might need assistance and stay well.
