WHAT IS DRIFTING Drifting is a motorsport type that requires a special type of driving technique, where the driver intentionally oversteers, causing loss of traction in the rear wheels (and slides/drifts), while maintaining control from entry to exit of a corner. A car is drifting when it is technically out of control, yep it sounds mad, and sometimes it is! In other words, it is 100% action with high power cars that is loud, making tons of smoke, and guess what, people loves it, that is why drifting is the fastest growing motorsport in the world! As a motorsport discipline, professional drifting competitions are held worldwide and has become a million dollar industry in USA, Asia, Australia and Europe!

ABOUT ME Name: Ismail Salih Nationality: Norwegian / Turkish Age: 25 Work: Coordinator at Aker Solutions
�One of the most profiled drivers in Norway and at the Gatebil events, recognized by his aggressive driving style and the show he makes at the track.�
Ismail is born and raised in Norway, and have been doing extreme sports from an early age. His snowboarder career ended due to injuries. Then his passion for motorsports started to grow, and he noticed the new and spectacular sport called Drifting!

MY GOALS - Optimize the car, so its reliable and ready to give the big names in the game a run for their money. - Attend as many Drift Allstars rounds I can in 2015. - Attend every Gatebil events. - Attend on show/demo`s and other promoting activities like exhibitions etc - Make a �youtube hit�, this is in under planning and should be performed Jan/Feb 2015. - Grow my name and my career even bigger in the European scene. - Attend at least one Formula Drift race in 2016.

2012
1st Place at Powerdrift Round 2. Gatebil at Vålerbanen. 3rd Place ”World Championship” in ”Breisladd” at Gatebil, Rudskogen. 3rd Place Powerdrift and Nationals Drifting Round 4, Eikås Bergen. 3rd Place in the Norwegian Pro Series Powerdrift. 2nd Place in the KNA Championship.
2013
2013 was a test year for the new car I buildt. This resulted in, among other things: 4th place in NM and overall 6th place in the Norwegian Pro Series Powerdrift without the participation of all races. Stunt-driver for the Norwegian movie called ”Børning”.

1st place at KNA Vålerbanen race. Drifting Demo/show under FIA Rallycross in Hell, Trondheim. Drifting Demo/show under STCC at Gothenburg City Arena. Drift Allstars Round 4 in Riga. Drift Allstars Round 5 in Tallin. 2nd Place in Scandinavian Powerdrift Series 2014. Exhibiton and drifting show for Riis Bilglass and Børning (The movie) at Oslo Motorshow. 2nd Place in KNA Vålerbanen Championship. - PAGE 5 -
