Introduction Within this template package we provide the same guideline template in two (2) different file formats: • PDF • JPEG This is to provide versatility given the wide variety of software applications available for creating print ready files. Regardless of what application you intend to use, either one of these templates can be opened and inserted into your application allowing you to create a print ready file. The key to using these templates is to ensure that the file is sized correctly. We ask for all files to be built to the final trim size plus a 1/8” bleed margin on all sides. This is needed to ensure ink coverage goes to the very edge of the end product. To bleed the graphics means to extend or position any graphics beyond the final trim line. In essence, we are asking you to make the graphics file a bit larger so that we can trim into the intended bleed graphics ensuring ink goes to the edge. Keep this in mind when setting up the file, as you will need to ensure that the Page Setup; Document Setup; or Artboard in whatever application you are using is set to these proper dimensions.
