Better Silver was founded in 1977 by Romano Bettinardi in Bressanvido, Italy, in the heart of Vicenza’s silver and gold jewelry district. The company has evolved from a manufacturer of a few kinds of machine-made chains to a vertically integrated, industrial entity that is capable of completing all production phases of a wide range of components, chains and finished jewelry. 90% of the production is destined for export. While sticking to its core business of basic chains and chains with stones, the company has expanded its product portfolio to include cast components, CNC-machined accessories, and finished jewelry. Better Silver is dedicated to serving the relevant players in the jewelry and fashion industries, who seek higher value and a wider range of solutions, by investing in technology and innovation and employing creative ingenuity to obtain larger product benefits for its customers. Better Silver was one of the first silver manufacturers to receive RJC accreditation, as well as the first SA 8000 certification in the industry. Last year, the inaugural Sustainability Report was released, along with the ambitious sustainability targets for Profit, Planet and People.

PRODUCTS Better Silver product variety is characterized by a stylistic research that is in continuous evolution to shape beautiful chains -- both plain and with stones, and as finished jewelry. Better Silver jewelry products are made predominately in silver. The design and development team creates innovative solutions by combining acquired technologies such as chain and tennis chain machines, CNC lathes, wax and resin casting and laser cutting, soldering, and engraving. Better Silver reinterprets the concept of “Tennis” and does so with continuous product and process innovation. The quality of the stones, the lightness of the structure and the reliability of a product Made in Italy distinguish this collection.

STONES Our Tennis chains are made with stones in various colors and sizes. 2.10 mm and 2.75 mm, and an alternated version with 1.75 mm and 2.75 mm.

SUSTAINABILITY Better Silver’s continuous activity in the field of sustainability is evident in the certifications obtained. Better Silver reached its ambitious goals for 2021 to use 100% of electric energy supply from renewable sources, thereby reducing greenhouse emissions to 0 and saving 1500 tons of CO2 from entering the atmosphere every year, and to use 100% recycled silver, thereby reducing the need to excavate thousands of tons of earth every year.
