LA PRODUZIONE MANUFACTURING Una produzione verticalizzata, basata su 4 unità produttive sinergicamente collegate tra loro, che assicurano efficiente continuità in tutte le fasi della lavorazione. Dalla fusione alla lavorazione a macchina, dalla saldatura alla diamantatura, fino alla finitura e alla galvanica. Il processo produttivo organizzato in ottica “Lean” è volto al miglioramento continuo. La tecnologia svolge un ruolo fondamentale all’interno dell’azienda, tutti i processi produttivi sono infatti automatizzati e svolti da macchinari di ultima generazione. Verticalised manufacturing based on 4 synergistically-linked manufacturing facilities, which ensure efficient continuity throughout the processing phases. These processes include melting, machining, welding, diamond-finish polishing, finishing and electroplating. Organised Lean Manufacturing process strives for constant improvement. Technology plays a fundamental role within the company and all manufacturing processes are in fact automated and performed by the state of the art machinery.

L’azienda presta particolare attenzione alla qualità dei propri prodotti, a partire dall’acquisto delle materie prime dai principali banchi metalli, per tutte le fasi di produzione, fino alla spedizione della merce con vettori selezionati. A tal proposito, nel 2008 ha ottenuto la certificazione ISO 9001 dall’ente certificatore SGS Italia. E dal 2012 ha ottenuto il TF (Traceability and Fashion), ossia il certificato volontario di tracciabilità che permette di qualificare i prodotti delle filiere Oro e Moda made in Italy. The company focusses closely on the quality of its products, starting with the purchase of raw materials from the main precious metals merchants, in all phases of manufacturing, right up to shipping goods with our chosen carriers. On that score, it achieved ISO 9001 certification from SGS Italia certifying body in 2008. And from 2012 it achieved TF (Traceability and Fashion), the voluntary traceability certificate that allows products in the Gold and Fashion production sectors to qualify as Made in Italy.

Nel 2012 l’azienda ha sviluppato un trattamento galvanico passivante, denominato Silver Plus, che mantiene la lucentezza e la brillantezza tipichedell’argentosenzaalterarnelacolorazione.Testacceleratichericreano condizioni ambientali reali hanno dimostrato che l’argento trattato con Silver+™ ha una durata 50 volte superiore rispetto al prodotto non trattato.
In 2012 the company created a passivation treatment, known as Silver Plus, which maintains the shine and brilliance without altering colour. Accelerated tests that recreate real environmental conditions have shown that silver treated with Silver+™ lasts 50 times longer than non-treated product.
