Consorzio di Cala Moresca: The large bay of Cala Moresca is among the most evocative landscape locations on the Monte Argentario promontory. Surrounded by the lush nature of the Mediterranean scrub, the Cala Moresca consortium is located in this quiet and private area. The villa is 6.5 km from Porto S. Stefano, the main municipality of Monte Argentario. Distance to Porto Ercole and Orbetello, 18 km.
Villa Cala Moresca: It was built in 2010 on a plot of land of approximately 4500 square meters within the Cala Moresca Consortium. Material and transparencies and the natural beauty of the Mediterranean scrub come together in a unique scenography, transmitting the illusion of being suspended between sky and sea. Built along three large terraces, the villa is oriented south/west and overlooks the major islands of the Tuscan archipelago, at a height of 80 meters above sea level.
Sea Access: The sea can be accessed on foot or by car (800 m). The area is reserved for residents of the consortium only. During the summer period, a free shuttle service is available to residents of the Consortium to go to and from the sea.
