Dear Guests,
We are delighted to welcome you to our home here in beautiful Monte Argentario, Tuscany. We hope you will enjoy your stay to the fullest. To ensure you have a pleasant and hassle-free experience, please find some useful information and instructions. We also kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines.
Wifi:

The wifi network covers the entire house and the surrounding outdoor areas.
Air Conditioning:
Please only adjust the temperature and strength or turn it off. Do not touch any other buttons on the panel.
Toiletries:
The hand soap and shower gel provided in the bathrooms are high-quality, natural aloe vera soap that is 100% vegan and free of chemicals. The shampoo and conditioner are from the brand Valquer – the shampoo has a neutral pH and is revitalizing with shine and pro-vitamin B5. The conditioner contains natural keratin and is a hair conditioning cream. Both the shampoo and conditioner are vegan. The moisturizer provided in the bathrooms is pure Aloe Vera moisturizing face and body gel and is vegan.
Water Conservation:
Please be mindful of water usage as it is a scarce resource in the area.
Entertainment:
Feel free to use the TV or read the books available in the library. You are also welcome to use the Sonos speaker, which works with AirPlay under the name “Italy Move.” For this to work, you need to be connected to the wifi.
Glasses:
Glasses are stored in the cupboards to the left before the kitchen.
Candles:
Feel free to light the candles outside in the evening. Candles are located at the bottom of the cupboard behind the dining table in the living room.
Towels:
At the swimming pool and the beach, you can use the towels dedicated to these areas. Please ensure that the towels from the bathrooms remain in the bathrooms. Towels can be found in the cupboard in the living room, to the left of the door leading to the bedroom with the pink bathroom. To help conserve water, please reuse towels when possible.
Outdoor Lights and Pool Lights:
You can turn on the outdoor lights to the right of the door. Please turn it off when you go to sleep. If you wish to turn on the pool lights, you can do so with the switch on the left side of the stairs by the outside dining table near the house.
Parasols:
Please close the parasols before nightfall. This will protect them from the weather and ensure they are ready for use the next day.
Tables and Chairs:
We have tables and chairs that you can take down to the beach. After use, please carry them back up to the house and place them behind the door. Feel free to take a cooler bag with drinks and snacks and spend time at the beach. There is also a shower down below that you can use after swimming.
Beverages and Ice:
There is a refrigerator with beverages behind the house as well as ice machines. You will also find coolers there that you are welcome to use. Additionally, there is a refrigerator behind the sun loungers nearest the dining table; feel free to use this when you are by the pool.
Exercise Equipment: We have some exercise equipment (bands, weights, and mats) located at the bottom of the cupboard where the bath towels are stored.
Pool Toys and Blankets: There are toys by the swimming pool for the children to enjoy. You will also find some blankets that are great for laying out in the shade under the umbrellas; these blankets are water-resistant.
Swimming Pool: We use UV light to keep the swimming pool clean and fresh. This allows us to use minimal chlorine in the pool, which is only necessary for short periods if needed. It is a saltwater pool with the same salt levels as in the sea.
First Aid Kit: The first aid kit is located at the top of the cupboard where the bath towels are stored. There are also band-aids available for minor cuts or injuries.
USB Outlets and Charging Cables: There are USB outlets beside the beds in all bedrooms. Charging cables for iPhone and iPad (USB-C) are located in one of the drawers in the bar cabinet in the living room. Please return these cables before departure.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house
• Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially after 10pm
• Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilets. Please do not flush anything else
• Please do not dive from the beach; it is not deep
• Please take good care of the furniture and fixtures. Report any damages or issues as soon as possible
• Our Staff: We have three dedicated staff members, Gisella, Roberta, and Mario, who have worked with us for many years. We are committed to ensuring their work environment is respectful and equitable. We appreciate it if our tenants also treat them with in the same way. If any issues arise that need to be addressed, we kindly ask you to discuss them with Carolina (+44 7789 485432) or Hamish Tabor (+44 7540 627680) from our rental agents Isola Rossa Villas, and we will do our utmost to resolve any challenges that may come up.
• Communication: Mario speaks some English, while the rest of the staff speaks Italian. Feel free to use Google Translate to communicate your needs or requests. Gisella and Roberta are happy to assist you. Gisella is the house master and chef, Roberta cleans, makes beds, and does laundry, and she also helps Gisella in the kitchen. Mario is responsible for everything outdoors, including the garden and the beach.

• Enjoy lunch or dinner at Hotel Il Pellicano, a 40-minute drive away.
• Have dinner at Il Cantuccio, a typical family-run Italian restaurant in Orbetello, just a 30-minute drive away.
• Boat Rentals: There are also options for boat rentals if desired.
• Porto Santo Stefano: It is lovely to visit Porto Santo Stefano for a drink or ice cream for the children.
