Nel nuovo Zhiyin Talent Park di Wuhan, un ampio spazio verde di 3.000 metri quadri, la natura dialoga in modo suggestivo con numerose opere d’arte, realizzate per rielaborare il concetto di parco cittadino e trasformarlo in un luogo in cui la creatività stimola lo scambio di idee e la mente può trovare un momento di fuga. Gradinate e rampe di accesso sono contornate da morbidi terrazzamenti, che fungono da punto di fusione con le nette geometrie del circondario. Molti sono i sentieri che guidano il visitatore per i dolci declivi, intervallati da particolari strutture di copertura la cui forma ricorda i tronchi e le radici degli alberi. Qui si può approfittare dell’ombra per concedersi momenti di pausa tra opere d’arte e volatili che possono fare il nido grazie al microclima favorito dalla conformazione delle strutture e dalla tipologia di materiali a bassa conduttività termica utilizzati. I sentieri e gli accessi sono rivestiti con Deco Nuvolato Grip di Isoplam, calcestruzzo che in soli 8 cm di spessore assicura alta resistenza e superficie antiscivolo su cui passeggiare in libertà.

In Wuhan’s new Zhiyin Talent Park – a vast green space spanning 3,000 square metres – nature strikes up an intriguing dialogue with numerous works of art, created specifically to overhaul the concept of a city park and instead transform it into a place where creativity stimulates an exchange of ideas, providing the mind somewhere to wander fruitfully. Steps and access ramps are framed by soft terraces, which act as a transitional element with the sharp geometric lines of the surroundings. Countless paths lead visitors through the park’s gentle slopes, interspersed with unusual shelter-like structures whose shape is redolent of tree trunks and roots. These are the ideal spot to enjoy a little shade, taking a break between enjoying the many works of art and the local birds, who can nest thanks to the microclimate fostered by the shape of the structures and the type of materials used, which have low thermal conductivity. The pathways and access points are covered with Isoplam’s Deco Nuvolato Grip: concrete slabs which, at just 8 cm thick, provide unparalleled resistance and a nonslip surface that everyone can walk on safely.
