Project Brief House Project : The project is located in Al-Karrada, Abu Nawas street oppsite Tigiers Revier. Total Area: 412 sqm for Family with 5 members and rooms for each one.

The project is near the Tigris River in the Karrada and this provides a good view of the project.

conclusions: the most of the sorroundings is a green zones and houses so the privacy is good but we still need to placing the spaces that has privacy away from neighbour.

conclusions: Baghdad homes are characterized by environmental treatments to reduce summer heat, and one of the most important architectural elements in the framework of the balcony

The effect of the river: conclusions: Noise comes from the street and the river is on the same side, so the garden, entrance and garage are designed from the northwest to isolate other spaces from noise and benefit from the view.
