The employees were friendly and assisted customers within the store. However, they were not very accommodating towards our analysis of the store, giving us only a maximum of 5 minutes to gather information and not offering to answer any specific questions.

The store’s minimalistic style aligns with the brand and features a lot of clear, open spaces, avoiding an overload of items. This makes it easier for customers to see all the products on display and creates a feeling of exclusivity and luxury. Large glass windows allow for plenty of natural light to enter the store, making it more inviting to people passing by. The calming lounge music adds to the pleasant shopping atmosphere, allowing customers to take their time browsing the products without feeling stressed. The store’s environment is consistent with the brand’s image.
