Cupcake Batter 1 ½ cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 1 ½ tsp baking powder ½ cup milk ¼ cup vegetable oil 1 egg ½ cup water 1 tbsp vanilla extract 4 Graham crackers, crushed

s’mores cupcakes
Ganache Filling 1 4-oz chocolate baking bar, chopped ½ cup heavy cream Frosting ½ cup marshmallow fluff 8 tbsp butter, softened 2 cups powdered sugar s’mores cupcakes
Directions 01 Preheat oven to 350F. 02 In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix until well-combined. 03 Combine the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Mix until well-combined. 04 Add wet to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Once combined, slowly add the water while mixing. 05 In a cupcake liner, add crushed graham crackers to line the bottom, then fill with the cupcake batter. Bake for 15 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 06 While baking the cupcakes, begin the filling. In a medium pot, add the heavy cream and heat over medium heat until warm, about 5 minutes. 07 In a heat-proof bowl, add the chopped chocolate. Add the heavy cream to the bowl and mix until the chocolate is melted and well-combined. 08 Begin making the frosting by beating softened butter. Add the marshmallow fluff to butter and beat until well combined. 09 Gradually add the powdered sugar to the butter/marshmallow fluff mixture and beat until fluffy, about 4 minutes. 10 Once cupcakes are done baking, allow them to cool to room temperature. Then begin the assembly of the cupcakes. 11 Using a knife, cut out the center of the cupcake and fill with ganache filling. Frost the cupcake with a piping bag. Enjoy!
