First time fix for service calls A key part of our maintenance packages is the importance of the ‘first time fix’ approach to service calls. Comprehensive equipment surveys can be completed and logged so that the correct spares and accessories are always in stock.

Planned and reactive services Our engineers undertake both planned and reactive works to keep your stores looking good and trading at all times. Services include inspection, cleaning, repair, and replacement part installation. We provide comprehensive logging and recording systems to monitor progress, track assets, and report on statutory health and safety requirements.

Call outs

Response time

Annual preventative maintenance visit: works carried out according to the equipment specification manual and including inspection, adjustment, lubrication and functionally testing the drive mechanisms of the equipment. Also to inspect and clean the outer cabinet.

Call-outs outside of the maintenance visit are subject to a call-out fee plus onsite time and travel time charges. Return visits will be subject to the above charges.

Response time for attendance on site will be within 72 hours of an order being received (this does not include weekends).

Any defective parts found will be recorded on a job sheet, a quotation provided, and subject to customer approval will be replaced within an agreed time period.

Silver (Comprehensive – labour only) Service

All call-out, site attendance and travel time charges are included.

Response time for attendance on site will be within 48 hours of an order being received (this does not include weekends).

A quotation will be provided and, subject to customer approval, the defective parts will be replaced within an agreed time period.

Responsible for service calls, advice on parts and warranties, and booking engineers, we’ll manage the sourcing, despatch and delivery of spares to ensure continuity in your business. We use a call logging and reporting system, tracking each job’s progress through to sign-off.
