Relevance
Telecom industry expertise
Attracting and retaining top talent in the telecom industry has never been more of a challenge. Our attendee-first approach combines our events experience with employee experience solutions to deliver programs that will keep top talent.
Charter Communications approved vendor
92+% attendee satisfaction on all Charter Communications programs (operated by ITA Group)
Making good on our promise
When we first became your partner, the goal was clear: Elevate Leadership Summit. More specifically, make it more reflective of the brand and the leaders who attend. Today, Leadership Summit is a premier event that attendees look forward to each every year.
It starts with deeply understanding what attendees value
Your attendees are our clients, too—and their feedback fuels our event strategies. We don’t want to serve them as we always have—although we’ll certainly build on what works. Rather, we want to keep them creatively engaged, unexpectedly inspired and connected to the Charter Communications brand.
What we know resonates
Relevant, rolespecific engagement
For customer-facing employees, "a save is as good as sale!" It’s one example of keeping communications relevant— something we’re as capable of supporting for business meetings as incentive trips.
Once-in-a-lifetime experiences
For your most valued employees, attending events like Charter Leadership Summit, P&T Leadership Meeting and P&T Forever Forward are a big deal—and their rave feedback proves it. It’s part of the reason we take great pride in creating experiences they couldn’t do on their own.
It starts with deeply understanding what attendees value (cont.)
Telecom industry knowledge-sharing and innovation
For all employees, showing we recognize their contributions is at the heart of the attendee experience. We work with telecom clients across all business units, including employee experience, customer experience, events and channel solutions. Our knowledge of audience needs, organizational goals and business logistics all inform how we impact your events portfolio.
How we structure support around it
> Relevant communications to reach attendees (specific to each event and what matters most)
> Program-specific recommendations to drive behavior change in alignment with program goals
> Aligned in-house team to stay nimble as your event needs shift

Trusted ITA Group team
Team continuity is key. We know the Charter Communications brand and business, and you’ll see plenty of familiar faces. Plus, as we support you on new programs, you'll meet a handful of new team members that will quickly feel like old friends.
Jill Bartholomay Sourcing Strategist
Jill and Beth are very good partners to us. The overall service model is very good.

Noteworthy partnership moments
Our partnership has become enriched by the years we’ve invested in it, leading to a deep understanding of what resonates with attendees and the work styles you seek in a partner. The systematic, strategic process we have today is thanks to the refining we’ve done together.
Client-first MSA and Performance Guarantee
The current Performance Guarantee sets aside 10% of our management fee to be paid to Charter Communications if we don't meet service or quality exceptions.
Special retirement salute
When Tom Rutledge retired in 2022, he was presented with a custom, three-legged stool that reflects his business philosophy. Our team personally transported the stool to and from the airport, handing it directly to the pilot, to ensure it stayed undamaged.
VIP-style service
When a hotel couldn't accommodate an executive by moving a Peloton bike into their room, we worked directly with another vendor to bring one in. One ITA Group team member not only set it up but used their own power cord to ensure it worked.

Using a comprehensive approach
When looking at Charter Communications’ full event portfolio, we use our full breadth of knowledge to design the best event solutions that work in harmony with each other and your brand. Here are just a few of the factors that play a role in our approach.
Industry expertise: All our business units are ingrained in the telecom industry. We know this audience on a deep level, allowing us to bring different perspectives into the strategy. It’s more than just logistics. It’s creativity and human behavioral science.
Support levels: The additional roles we’ll add to the account will become experts on Charter Communications' business, goals, brand and audience. Consistent support ensures a cohesive narrative that drives engagement across all programs.
Team caliber: You're accustomed to the high-quality standards set by Beth, and we’ll maintain that same level of excellence you expect from ITA Group. With the right team in place to support your portfolio of programs, and Beth managing key programs, you’ll feel confident your participants have the best experiences.
Platform integration: Spark, your internal platform, is already the preferred way your employees connect, recognize each other, celebrate service awards and shop the awards catalog. Take it to the next level by using the data and insights to plan event program strategy.
Elevate Your Employee Experience
Create a culture rooted in authenticity. Connect your people to a shared purpose. Provide support with ongoing skills development. Recognize and celebrate accomplishments.

EPIC Design elevates the experience
A client-first mentality is the center of all we do. Onesize-fits-all solutions don’t work, so we take the time to understand your enterprise goals, event objectives and audience, using insights you might not have considered to inform the event strategy. Any agency can operate an event, but we deliver memorable, unmistakably Charter Communications moments.
When applied to Charter Communications events ... ... EPIC Design reveals a core theme to inspire future planning: activate connectivity. It’s inspired by the brand attributes we brainstormed from our knowledge of your programs: commitment to community, fast, reliable and innovative.
Scaling services to your needs
All our capabilities are in-house, so we can provide you with seamless execution. While needs vary from event to event, we’re always ready to support! Our team is nimble and flexible to adjust services as the event scope ebbs and flows.

How we deliver
Activities: We know what it takes to exceed your high expectations (exclusive spas, championship golf courses, private pools and unique-to-the-destination experiences, like food tours and hosted activities).
Entertainment: The right entertainment options tie into the theme and set the mood. Whether it’s a classical duo or a fireworks-anddrone show, your attendees will go home with lasting memories.
Gifting: High quality gifts are necessary to make attendees feel appreciated. Our in-house gifting team had great success with the latest Apple AirPods and Theragun massagers as pick-a-gift options for P&T Forever Forward. Luxury brands like Louis Vuitton resonated with Spectrum Elite attendees.
Décor: Elevated tastes require breathtaking décor. We know from past events like the Leadership Summit that the scenery needs to be magical, and Beth’s keen eye will make that happen while staying within your budget.
Mobile app: The app integrates seamlessly with PerformanceCentral to accommodate your needs, no matter how complex they are. Some programs require intricate filtration, and we can do that.
Our tenured, in-house air team makes sure attendees receive a level of support that reflects our partnership. Seamless integration between our customer service center and PerformanceCentral platform makes reporting available 24/7. Fewer suppliers mean a more efficient process, cost containment and mitigated risk.
Administrative: Small details set the scene for attendees’ arrivals, and that’s where we excel. Assembling welcome bags and packets is important.
Communications: We’ll continue producing high-quality, high-touch communications that resonate with attendees.
Production: In the current model, we work well with Bow & Arrow (a valued partner located right across the road from ITA Group's Des Moines headquarters). We can continue to do so, or you can enhance your AV and production services . We always seek to elevate your events by building consistency with the same production team. When applied to your events portfolio, it allows for cost savings, team alignment and consistent brand messaging.
Financial: Accurate billing is an expectation, and we deliver every time. Our performance guarantee ensures you’ll receive your bill within 60 days. We take pride in our high level of transparency through billing and cost breakouts.
Producing wow-worthy events
Expectations are clear: Plan and operate events that are engaging, on brand and within budget. Whether you prefer to leverage our award-winning in-house team, work with a preferred partner or even use your own media team, we're ready to deliver!
We’ll support your preferred production team

Create consistency with a partner who can do it all. What sets us apart? Our “story first” methodology. The event narrative is the cornerstone of our creative strategy.
