SUMMER 2012 Professional Cooking Course: 18th - 29 th June 2012 The typical and traditional cuisine of the central Italian Regions
The traditional recipes of the following Italian regions will be realized and studied with professional chef /teachers: Marche, Tuscany and Umbria. During the course there will be a guided tour to a local company (cheese, wine or salumi factory) Timetable: from 9 to 17 with a break for lunch (weekends are free) Costs: • € 1,950 per student, includes: board (no dinner), insurance, 9 cooking lessons, 1 guided visit, , work uniform (no shoes), recipes in Italian and English – Does not include: lodging, air ticket and dinners • € 2,250 per student, includes: board (no dinner), accommodation at the hostel www.ostellojesi.it in a double or triple room with shared bathroom, insurance, 9 cooking lessons, 1 guided visit to local factory, work uniform (no shoes), recipes Italian and English – Does not included: air ticket, dinners • € 2,450 per student: includes: board (no dinner), accommodation in B&B in a single or double room with shared bathroom, insurance, 9 cooking lessons, a guided tour to a local producer, , work uniform (no shoes), recipes Italian and English-Not included: air ticket, dinners Organizational notes: • To enroll, each student must send the registration form, a copy of his/her passport and a deposit fee of 1000 € by mail or fax 0039 (0) 73159623 • The school will provide jacket, pant, hat, knives and equipment work (no shoes) • Minimum number of participants 10, maximum 15 • Registration for the course must be done at least 30 days before the starting date • Payment of registration must be made through bank transfer at least 30 days before the course • The school may cancel the course for non-pupil numbers up to 30 days before the starting date • Classes are held in Italian with English translation • Students will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the course
