Cooking class for tourists and food lovers: 16th - 20th July 2012 The typical and traditional cuisine of the Marche Region Cooking class for tourists and food lovers: during the lessons students will prepare the traditional recipes of the Marche Region with professional chef /teachers. Timetable: 9 to 14, with a break for lunch / tasting of prepared dishes • 650 € per student, includes: board (no dinner), insurance, 5 cooking lessons, hat and apron, recipes in Italian and English – Does not include: lodging, air ticket, dinners
Organizational notes: • To enroll each student must send the registration form and pay the registration fee by mail or fax 0039 (0) 73159623 • The school will provide apron, hat, knives set and and kitchen equipment • Minimum number of participants 10, maximum 15 • Registration for the course must be done at least 30 days before the starting date • Payment of registration fee must be made through bank transfer at least 30 days before the course • The school may cancel the course for non-pupil numbers up to 30 days before the starting date • Classes are held in Italian with English translation • Students will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the course
