You won’t find them in any other Conrad Spa or any other hotel in Sardinia.
The difference between experiences and rituals:
EXPERIENCES: mix of experiences outside the property and wellness treatments at the Conrad Spa. They all involves the 5 senses.
RITUALS: mix of Sardinian products applied during a spa treatment to emphasize an ancient ritual.

CONRAD SPA

ON THE SALT ROUTE

Guided tour of the Conti Vecchi salt pans (the most important saline plant in Sardinia) by train, San Gilla pond (populated by pink flamingos), community salt museum. The second part of the experience is a 110-minute ritual at the Conrad Spa with salt-based products from the same salt pans (FAI brand*). The ritual includes a purifying scrub, a relaxing ritual with heated sachets of salt and aromatic plants (sardines) and a body massage.

The Ritual is composed of a face and body ritual, associated with a "citrus wood" exclusive cream from Domus De Maria, therefore at km 0 with completely recyclable packaging and wood from the Sardinian woods. The woody aroma of sandalwood with healing, soothing and relaxing properties accompany the regenerating face&body massage, which works on the stimulation of the tissues and the nervous system, generating tranquility and well-being

The Ritual consists of a first sensory and meditative phase, in the open air where you can taste 3 different notes of organic Sardinian honey, each of which tells its story and the area in which it was produced. The favorite note will be that of honey used in the cabin for an extremelyrelaxingandmoisturizingbody ritual. At the end of the massage, herbal tea sweetened with the same type of honey that accompanied the entire ritual will be offered.

We only use natural products that spontaneously grow in Sardinia:

A detoxifying and rebalancing ritual performed by combining a gentle massage with Himalayan pink salt hot stones and a fine pink salt body mask. The final massage with essential oils has a soothing, regenerating action
The Himalayan salt contains 92 minerals elements.

SALT RITUAL
TIBETAN RITUAL

Ancient technique of oriental medicine and a real harmonizing ritual for the whole body. The therapist works on the body’s energy channels in a massage with essential oils and a shea butter treatment that follows the Tibetan tradition of skin yak butter making. The Tibetan bells provide a strong feeling of balance.

This massage that works on the meridians, according to oriental tradition. It helps to harmonize mind and body; vibrations facilitate the energy flow, replacing the negative energies with good ones while the shea butter (replaces yak butter) to nourish and protect the skin.
