History 1982:

Founding of Drive In s.p.a., creator of the POIS brand. Opening of the first 3000m2 showroom in “Il Girasole� shopping centre near Milan. 1988: Commercialization of the POIS brand begins. A new showroom is opened in Cernusco S/N. 1997: Development of a retail network comprising of more than 60 directly owned sales points. 2002: Commencing of transformation of POIS own-brand stores into a franchising network. 2009: Drive In becomes POIS NOY s.r.l.: the restructuring of the company creates an agile structure capable of tackling complex market conditions. The future: POIS NOY s.r.l. aims at further expanding its franchising network, and is looking for talented and trustworthy business partners to achieve global success. 3

BRAND: POIS is the fast-fashion brand for the young woman who is not afraid to express herself and amaze with her individual look both at work and in her free time, living life to the full. TARGET: Our collections are aimed at fashion-conscious women from 20 to 40 years of age, and create a POIS total look that covers: Office wear Casual day-wear and jeans-wear Formal evening-wear Clubbing and party- wear We target the middle-high segment of the market. PRICING: Our production is 70% Made In Italy and 30% abroad, offering the perfect blend of fashion, quality and affordability. DELIVERY: POIS NOY s.r.l. specializes in fast-fashion. The time-span between the creation of the product in our style office and the delivery to our stores can be as little as 15 days, enabling POIS’ clients to be always on top of the trend. COLLECTIONS: Our style office produces 4 main collections per year: Spring, Summer, Autumn/Winter and Evening wear. Each of these collections is integrated with at least 4 additional “flashes ”, which aim at further developing the most successful fashion themes and integrating the collection with any new trends.
